centres with the following:
Acknowledgement slip that contains the
screening schedule
Four figure table (where applicable)
Writing materials (HB pencil and Eraser).

so four figure table is allowed yh? I mean the whole booklet with d formulas in it? yh? so long its carries d name four figure table?
