Deyrinsolar:He most likely has hepatitis B or C or even Thalassemia. His body seems to be trying to fight off the hepatitis virus which is why once in a while his eyes clear up. All in all he has something wrong with his liver or pancreas. Take him to a specialist. |
Kelvin30286063:I am a naturopath in Ghana and can assist you. You however need to work with your wife on this. Not all women understand their cycle or know their fertile periods which enhances the chances of conception. 1) When next your wife begins to see her period, mark the date an write it down somewhere you can remember. From when she begins seeing her period to the next time it begins is known as her cycle. Some women have 28 day cycles while others have 32 and so on. A 28 day cycle means when she begins her period on the 1st, she is likely to ovulate on or around the 14th. You first need to identify her cycle then it becomes easier to pinpoint her fertile period and ovulation day. Her fertile period is around 5 days prior to her ovulation and 1 day after. For example if she is to ovulate on the 14th, you can start meeting with her from the 9th and give it a space of 2 days per meeting. So 9th, 11th, 13th and 15th. For good measure you can meet with her on the 14th as well if you are able. Under optimum conditions, sperm normally survives in a woman for up to 72hrs while the egg from the woman survives for just 24 hrs. So just in case she does not ovulate on the 14th and does so on the 13th or 15th the chances are high that there would still be sperm in her waiting to fertilize the egg. I normally do not advice couples who are trying to have children to be too focused on timing but its always good to have it at the back of your mind just in case you want to also avoid those fertile periods and thus avoid pregnancy. 2) If your pocket is able enough you can also get her Pregnacare conception from the pharmacy. Its a mix of high levels of vitamins the female reproductive system requires in order to better the chances of conception. There is also Pregnacare for men. 3) I am going to be a bit blunt at this point. Position taken during sex is also important especially at the point of ejaculation. From behind or doggy is good because it allows for deeper penetration and will help the sperm deposit get closer to the cervix. Missionary is also excellent as well as leg on shoulders. Try to avoid the standing position because gravity works against the sperm even though they are very good swimmers, you still need to maximize their chances. Follow my advice and your wife would be flaunting a baby bump in no time (as long as the gynaecologist has cleared both of you of other hindrances). If you need further assistance you can reach me privately. |
As a naturopath here in Ghana i am shocked that this could be close to an epidemic in Nigeria when the cure is naturally available. |
Oftentimes, we aren't thankful for something until it's gone. Don't take your health for granted. |
