I visited my dad last week, and discovered that he still has this growing under his right armpit, for 2years now and he has visited the doctor several times and was told that it's is flesh that's growing out, but to me it seems like it's Burns..
And he always feels pains, and can't move is hand freely, he will sometimes scratch it harder try to cut the surface and blood will come out..
The doctor told him that, if operation is done to cut it off, it will worsen the situation by coming out more..

The doctor who told you that needs to have his license revoked.

That looks like a Lipoma and it is usually non cancerous and harmless. The only thing is that it keeps growing slowly over a period of years.

It can be surgically removed but to be safe they would need to take a small sample of it to check if it is cancerous but and if not found to be cancerous can be surgically removed under local anesthesia. The surgery normally doesn't last more than 15 to 20mins.
