Good day, please I need your help in trying to resolve an issue I encountered during business name registration.

I have gone through the stage of reservation of the business name and I'm actually on registration of the business proper. I actually stopped at the stage where I paid the registration fee of 10k via remita.

However, I noticed that when I came back, days later, to continue with the registration, the system took me back to the document upload stage (which I had previously done. I uploaded my ID, in pdf format, and pix). I thought to myself that ok there must have been some system error somewhere. So I tried re-upload my ID, which I successfully did but I cannot click the save and continue button because the button seems unclickable. I tried signing in with other devices and yet the problem persist. What am I missing here?
