YOUR BUSINESS NAME SHOULDN'T LOOK LIKE COMPOUND SENTENCE The fact that I'm a writer doesn't mean I studied English as a course. However, based on the small-small English language they teach me for school, the sentences you make can be categorised into simple sentences, compound sentences, complex sentences, etc. Abeg read it up if you're already enjoying my lecture. I didn't come here to teach English language but to talk to my fellow business people about some things I have discovered. What did they tell you about business/ brand name? Ok straight to the point, if there is one thing you must sit down to think well, it should be your business name. ❌ Avoid choosing business names that look like compound sentence. Example: Akofure Bassey Incorporated Abuja Farms Limited. Such names are difficult to remember or even pronounce. As a logo designer, it is always a herculean task to come up with unique logos for such brands. If it must be long, make sure it's a name that can be abbreviated or has a beautiful acronym. Example: Online Publishers and Entrepreneurs Network (OPEN), etc. ✔️ Always try to make your brand name as simple as possible. That way it's easier to pronounce, remember and get cute logo designs. Example: Apexville, OMAdesigns , Lushmarida and lots more. Just see sweet, simple and catchy names. Your business name mustn't be your name or the name of your kindred people. Get creative. So my upcoming business people, bear this in mind when choosing names. See you at the top |

Dear CEOs, Dear Small Business owners, Dear you that's into one business or the other, Daily you wake to hear me talk about the registration of your business with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC). Daily you wake to view my status, and to read my Facebook post. Daily you wake to realize the need to get that your business name registered, but yet you keep saying month end. I have talked I have persuaded you. I have educated you on the need over times. I have shown that I'm experienced at my job. Yet you keep saying month end. Now, the end of the month is here. You see, one thing you need to know is that people wake up daily with different business ideas, and different business names. That name that you have always claim that nobody can ever guess or that God gave to you can be thought about by somebody today. And if the person knows What is up. That name is gone forever. I have seen Churches forfeit their names. I have seen business owners change their brand name. I have seen music artist alter the name of their record label. All because of not doing the needful. In short, their is one I am currently handling. A woman that owns a school in Lagos didn't bother to register the school name with CAC, before the state government endorsed the school as government approved school. Now, she want to hand over the ownership of the school to her daughter, only for the daughter to discover that their is no CAC certificate. Approaching me, I did a name search, only to discover that the actual school name has been taken, and fully registered by someone else. I gave them my recommendation though, but that's medicine after death. Think about the your business registration Think of the ownership. Think about me. Think CAC. It is beautiful Monday here in the city of OJOTA Lagos Happy new working week!

Now, look at it. Does it make sense at all? -You've hanged banners -You've branded your shop -You've printed flyers. - You're even preparing to go to the radio station for jingle. Yet, your business isn't registered? Does it make sense at all? Leave the fact that I'm trying to sell to you. This is the first thing you are supposed to do before even starting that business. Yes, I know you're also scared of registering your business name because of the tax, and annual returns you'll be paying once you get your business registered. But the facts are, your thinking is not 100% correct. I agree that these billings are there, but not the way you're seeing it. The truth is, with the right information, you won't default, and there won't be any need to pay any ridiculous amount of money as default penalties. Where the problem lays is that you've been fed with wrong information as regard CAC business registration, and you have taken it to be so true. You see, no matter the falsehoods/fear you've hold up in your heart. You sure need this thing called CAC business certificate someday. -Be it as an individual that run a small business. -Be it as someone who want to start a full blown company. -Be it as someone that want to run a charitable organization. You sure need it. If not today, but in the coming days. In this post, I won't tell you to come register your business, but I am sure the message has reached you. Remember, "Whosoever that knows the right thing to do and does not do it, for him it is sin." You gat questions for me? Use the comment box, and I'll give you my best, refined, and professionally advice. It's a beautiful Friday morning here in the city of OJOTA Lagos More WINS!

Do you have any questions concerning registering your business, company church, NGO, club, etc with CAC. Drop your question here |
You are not losing anything as a registered business instead you have a lot to gain. Read this Credibility Credibility is an essential quality a business should have. Most businesses are looking to get into the corporate environment where they are able to trade with corporate organizations and generate revenue. Most customers, especially corporate customers, will do business with you only if your business is registered as invoices/ receipts with business details. This speaks to compliance and governance. By not registering your business, you may appear as if you are trying to evade tax.... Happy weekend friends

Business owners around the world made this one decision – The decision to register their business name and to formally do business on the legal strand. You see, daily, people come up with business ideas, and different business names pump up in their heads. That name you think nobody can ever imagine. That name God gave you in the dream. That name that came in a trance. That name that came to being through deep revelation. So, you think, you can keep the name unregistered for years, yet God won't reveal the same name to another person – LIE. The bitter truth is, if you refuse to take action. God won't wait for you. God won't wait for you, but to take it from you and give to a more proactive servant just like the parable of the talent in the holy Scripture. -To one servant received five talents. -The second had received two, and -The third received only one. The first and second multiplied theirs, but the third refused. And this what you're doing right now. So, what happened? The talent (Name) was seized from him, and given to the one who will make use of the name. -I know of a man whose 3 business name is fully registered. -I know of a serving coper that her business name is fully incorporated. But you, come and register, for where. God won't come and do the magic for you. You must decide. The decision must be made by you,and not God. Well, this week all I'll advice is that you should think about the registration of your business name. It's a beautiful new working week. Cheers to a profitable week!

MY ONLY FEAR IS THAT YOU'LL LOSE THAT YOUR BUSINESS NAME TO SOMEONE ELSE. In fact, why using a business name that you've not registered? Have you contacted a CAC service provider to help you check if that business name you flip around in flyers, logos, and banners if it's truly yours? See, whether your business name has become a household name, if it's not registered yet with CAC the sad truth is that you're just wasting time, energy, and money to build another man's business. Again, my only fear is that you'll lose that your business name to someone else, and this won't be a pleasant experience to behold at all. What a waste of time, and resources building a business name, just to discover in the long run that you can't claim the name. This experience will demoralize you! Even though you don't have the full registration money at hand now, at least with just NGN 1,000 you can hire me to check for you. See, nowadays in as much, you're in business, no need to dull yourself. 08149344598 is my Business/Whatsapp contact. Reach out now. Do not delay. Let's gossip about the registration of your business. A blissful Wednesday ahead.

Good morning everyone, this past weeks have been another phase entirely. CAC approval is taken longer than expected. Must of the registration I made two weeks ago have not been approved till now. I implore you all to bear with me. Everything will be sorted out. Thank you. |
*What are the benefits of registering my business?* This is a question many business owners ask. In fact, a lot of entrepreneurs in Nigeria are yet to register their businesses with Corporate Affairs Commission. Normally, the first thing to do when you want to start a business in Nigeria is to register your business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). This will help you discover if the name you have in mind is still available and not registered by someone else. Sometimes, most business owners build brands only to find out that someone else has the legal right to their ‘business name’. I believe this is not a pleasant experience when you consider the pain of building a brand. To be continue tomorrow |
In this CAC Business Registration I ventured into, I've seen a lot of business owners lose their brand name to someone else just because of procrastination or ignorance of what they don't know. And most times, this is as a result of the LIES they've been fed with by those so-called lawyers and accredited agents. The trust is, it's COST nothing to get certified if only you ask questions, and get determined in your heart to re-position your business for GROWTH. See, Inasmuch, you're in business, one day the fund you have will not be enough, and there will be a need to source for funds elsewhere. When you're asked to bring proof of business registration. I hope you won't be surprised? Well, when it comes to this line of business nobody can do it better than me. My years of experience are vast. Call | Text | Flash | WhatsApp 08149344598 And get that your unregistered business registered through CAC within a few days. |

Congratulations, Team Catalyst Foundation. I am glad I handled your registration.
