From your lists of requirement for medicals

Here’s what I know about the medicals, talking from my experience as a recruitment official last year.
1) Have a good sight(long sightedness)
2) Don’t be flat footed
3) Have a broad chest
From this am a skinny type but still trying everyday with push up for my chest to come out will that be a big challenge to be screen out pls. Please advice me but am up 1.7 height
4) Asthmatic patient will not be allowed
5) Measure the required height
6) Be able to run 3.5km under 10/15minutes(for guys) unless they’ll close the gate and you wouldn’t be able to enter, please for this part don’t eat heavily or take drugs like tramadol because the one I was a part of as an official some persons died. So start training.
7) Have a good dentition
Your navel must be inside(not having umbilical hernia)
9) You must not have pile disease, Just so you know you all would be naked in the hospital room and you’ll have to bend down opening your anus and coughing at the same time for them to confirm if there’s any pile.
Confirm that all your documents are intact. A single mistake in DOB can screen you out. Feel free to ask questions if you wish. Regards!

Apply for SSC if there is no requirement for Geology in DSSC. Just go through the DSSC requirements for 2019, if no provision for Geology (I believe there is,check well, also check for related courses such as geography and co), then apply for SSC if age is still on your side.

I studied agric engineering with second class lower, can I apply under ordinance for dssc I saw food technology?
I haven't applied yet pls advice by next week I apply I don't want to fall a victim again

What I knw is that even if u apply for dssc and ur age is still under the rage of SSC, ur name might comes under SSC when they release the final list, just like an offer.

it depends on your area of specialization, but it is highly advisable to go for dssc, after all, it is not easy to get to service chief too if you are not RC, so it better one go for Dssc and come at least as colonel.
