Wow! So it' isn't optional doing it online, one has to have a solid reason? I'm kinna in the same boat as you. Not planned on travelling down to Naija on such a short notice. Can you DM me please?

Sure, they arranged something online. Had to show lots of proof like flight tickets, cancellation, etc...it was tough, but Ok.
