Attending ante natal classes as a first time mum then.
my Experience .
lot of Nigerian Women hate the idea of 6 months exclusive breastfeeding.

i understand their biase, of course i am a mum, its draining especially if you work or are you have a professional career

it not easy for mothers, sometimes you wake up and feel like fainting , like you will not survive the next day
worst of if you do not have a supportive man as a husband, and if the child is a Boy
those baby boys suck spontaneously like hell

you have to eat like a thief and glutton healthily to meet up with a baby boys daily breastmilk requirement and not faint

i have woken before and almost fainted.
thanks to the pages i followed online, i then worked on my meal plan, water, milk and fruit to boast
i exclusively breastfed my son until he turned 6 months

i also continued breastfeeding him until He was 1 year and 8 months.


i will tell you my reasons

Here. My son will develop temperature. They will call someone. We will go to the hospital.

Nothing dey do am. No fever , no malaria. Nothing. Full blood scan shows nothing.
Just waste of fuel and hospital card


I told God, that's Enough.
And heaven heard my voice. Nd showed mercy till date.
I told God, na only immunization oo
And God heard nd honoured his word
