I have read of a number of people that have submitted and been approved with or without proving the relationship.
Also did you just finish secondary school and will be doing UG for the first time.
How much is your fees and SOA balance and did you pay part of your fees(not like it's compulsory)...

this are reasons..
Pls anybody in the room that can gv me ideas on how to tackle this issues.

Sorry about that... Who was your sponsor and what was the closing balance for SOA... Also what program did you go for and did you add deeds to lands/property or pay Tution

Hi all, to God be the glory great things he has done.I started the race march 6 and it ended June 7. It wasn't an easy journey but with God it was. Here is my timeline
Applied march 6
Biometrics march 7
Medical call may 12
Medicall done may 17
Medical passed may 21
Pp request may 30
Approval+ correspondence June 7
All glory to God, I applied online and was a silent addict of this group throughout the period. Thanks to sholay2011, he was my offline guru and thanks to all the guru here God bless.
Here are docs I submitted
all CIC forms
Admission+acceptance letter
Funding letter from school
Soa from maternal uncle 5m balance
Letter of sponsorship from uncle ( not notorized)
Then I also wrote to confirm my uncle as sponsor
CV, transcript , sop, nysc cert
Police cert,
Letter or recommendation from where I served
And that was all I think . loads of prayer, fasting , retreats.
Just be true with your application and I wish all medical and all trv hopeful all the best. It shall come soonest. My app too 3 months . sorry for the long post .

You don't have to sign...when you open an account on CIC it's written there...just write the date and upload...no need to print and sign

Medical Request 12th May
Medical @ The Consultant Practice 13th May
Medical Passed Updated 18th May
Passport Request 19th May
Submitted Passport @ VFS 20th May
SMS from VFS today 25th May to Pick up Passport
Checked Status Immediately and it shows Approved.

Whole Process took 11 weeks.

Its my first visa application ever.

There is nothing God cannot do........

I'll be back to list the documents I used for my application and share my little experience.

Please what documents did you submit... Am about to turn in my application (online route)

Going for pgd at kwantlen polytechnic university.surrey
Studied computer science....applying for computer information system....
Sponsor :9million naira

Did you state that you have family ties in Canada, did you pay part payment of your fees, who was your sponsor and why pgd... Why not masters...
AV noticed a lot of people on this thread go for pgd instead of masters

When Filling the family information and IMM1294E form for online application... Do you have to sign the documents cuz am filling on my laptop and the form dosent allow a signature (sought off)... Except you print and then sign and scan back for your online application??

Solleypee, make sense. really nice job, whether or not its real pg doesnt even matter, its good prep material, cause trying to read without focus wld have been really bad.
