Our Client is one of the leading financial institutions in West Africa. They are looking to hire experienced and seasoned Relationship Managers (with not less than 3 years’ experience in a financial institution as a Commercial / Corporate Banker) to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and plans that will help meet the needs of customers
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with old and new clients.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Work quickly to address and resolve customers’ issues
• Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to upsell and cross sell Bank’s products and services
• Meeting with key stakeholders in the organization to plan strategically.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
• Provide financial planning and investment advice to clients
• Ensure Client Due Diligence (CDD)
• Improve customer service satisfaction and develop a long-standing relationship with all customers
• Be abreast of new trends in the financial industry

• Must understand customer relationship management
