Failure to take note of this step will results in story that touches the heart. I learnt this the hard way too. I have over $200 stucked in a PayPal account because I failed to take note of my incoming and outgoing transactions.

Process 2.

If you really want to get a PayPal account that can permanent receive and send funds, all you have to do is tell a friend or family member in the UK to register a PayPal account with their information and send you the account login details.

So in case when you hit the $2,500 limit and PayPal starts requesting for verification, they will use their documents in the UK to verify the account.
