You actually got the first part while you missed the last part. 3 or less means under 3.5 while 1 or less means under 1.5.i.e. Under 3.5 In 1st Half And Under 1.5 In Second Half.

Thanks for this constructive criticism.That game was a semi-final match which I believe should even produce close to 10 games in 1st set.The first two games was even 1-1,who would have believed that first set would end 6-1 with Clezar (the favourite) losing and don't forget he eventually won the game.The luck wasn't just on our side but all the same,I have noted the advice.
