This Has Been Explained Several Times On This Thread.It Means "Total Of Goals For Home Team"1-3,the Home Must Score At Least A Goal And At Most 3 Goals. The Game Will Be Lost If The Team Do Not Score Or Score More Than 3 Goals Ditto For Away Team If You Pick Away.
