Pls google that to know where finland is...about ur transcript issue...d idea I can give u guys is to select 1 xool if u can't afford more transcript...note: 1 transcript will cover for 1 xool, that means if u pick more than 1 course in a xool, 1 transcript will still cover for all.... Another thing is that, make sure u send d transcript 1st...b4 ur applications get there...let ur transcript go to UAF...keep ur applications with u...wen all is ready...send dem...dey will receive it and post to ur xool all together... *diz iz for multiple courses in 1 xool*

I could have done that with uni of helsink...got three courses that I can apply for there but that uni ehn, dm wahala too much o......now I gotta apply for 5 course, 5 different schools.

LOL. 9ja guys sha. it doesnt actually make much difference getting multiple transcripts. l spent a total of 14k or there about to get my 3 transcripts to finland and it would have cost around 9k or so if i needed only one. also since it will be sent from your school, UAF do not expect your registration number to be written on the envelope. and i doubt if your school will want to make photocopies for you... except if na your uncle/family member de handle the process

Am paying 10k per one bro..x 5...that's 50bar. but wetin dy pain me pass na say na thag my registrar go chop am, and if I may ask, what fees do your school charge for sending 1 transcript abroad by courier (my school doesn't use nipost o)

If you completed or are completing your degree in Nigeria, an official transcript of records must be submitted to University Admissions Finland by the awarding institution in a sealed envelope bearing the awarding institution’s official stamp. The transcript of records must come to University Admissions Finland directly from the awarding institution and cannot be sent by the applicant. It is acceptable if the envelope contains other official documents awarded by the institution (e.g. degree certificate and diploma supplement). However, no other enclosures can be submitted with the transcript of records.

My Boss, i think since we are allowed to send an officially certified copy of our transcript as one of the enclosed application documents. We can get the scanned/coloured photocopies of it(as many copies as you need) from our schools and get them certified. Besides, I have not read anywhere that your school must compulsorily send the transcripts to UAF. This should even save you courier expenses, I stand to be corrected though.

I read it somewhere bro that it must be sent by the school. Will try to get that link again.

tink we are to send only one copy oo since its uaf dat will process d document b4 sending to d school. its jus like ur ielts result which u need 2 send jus once. ..its on FAQS on uaf website and besides sombody said it ealier on these forum(read frm page 1) dat we are to send only one copy..I will try and mail uaf sha.... I stand to b corrected though

i think u r wrong. i think u r expected to send transcripts for each course you are applying to. like i sent 3 transcripts because i applied to 3 courses. see this info i got on the FAQ

Please note that when applying, you must submit as many sets of officially certified educational documents as there are programmes you are applying to, i.e. a separate set of documents for each programme.

Did you send it by yourself or your school sent it?

i dont think you can apply for masters with that. only bachelor

yes i think i saw this among the FAQs on UAF website. But u have to write the registration numbers for all programs you are applying to through UAF at the bottom corner of the evelope u r sending the trauscript with. The reg. No. Will be produced after u complete online reg. for each program.

i dont think we can do that with transcript, the school is sending it directly to them. you cant have access to it. though the school can still help to write the reg number on it.

NOTE: We are required to send our Transcript from our School once to UAF "even if you're applying for more than one course'

And incidentally i was at British Council yesterday for my result, i scored 7.0 , this week is their customers week and they are giving out lovely goodies to visitors and i was able to get 1.

one question on application issue

Am applying for like 5courses, and sure I am to send each application in different parcels, Making 5parcels. Can I gather this 5parcels in 1 big envelope? Since am sending to the same UAF address. As that will reduce cost of sending through DHL.....Or how did you do yours
