Sandra Bland Death – Obituary : July 13 is the death anniversary of Sandra Bland, a 28-year-old African-American woman who was found dead in a jail cell in Waller County, Texas.

Bland died on July 13, 2015 after being arrested by authorities during a pretextual traffic stop. The death of Bland was ruled a suicide. A massive protest erupted following her death. There were claims that Bland did not take her own life. Protesters were saying racist killed Bland in jail cell.

What Happened To Sandra Bland – What Was Her Offence?
According to report on Wikipedia, Bland was pulled over for a minor traffic violation on July 10 by State Trooper Brian Encinia. The exchange escalated, resulting in Bland’s arrest and a charge of assaulting a police officer. The arrest was partially recorded by Encinia’s dashcam, a bystander’s cell phone, and Bland’s own cell phone. After authorities reviewed the dashcam footage, Encinia was placed on administrative leave for failing to follow proper traffic stop procedures.

Texas authorities and the FBI conducted an investigation into Bland’s death and determined the Waller County jail did not follow required policies, including time checks on inmates and ensuring that employees had completed required mental health training.

Frank Lee Ruggles Death – Former USA Army Paratrooper and photographer, Frank Ruggles has died on July 5th, 2021. Frank who was born in Phoenix, AZ on November 12, 1966 passed away at the age of 54. His death was announced on his official Instagram page.

It is with much sadness and regrets the passing of Frank Lee Ruggles a true legend in the landscape photography field.

Frank was a prominent photographer known around the world. Frank worked many years with the National Parks and many other remarkable artistic accomplishments shared his immense talent. Frank was also proud to serve our nation as part of the Army 82nd Airborne division. He truly enjoyed sharing knowledge of photography with all those that he met or found him the trails of so many national parks doing what he truly loved. His keen eye for capturing the beauty and details of our national parks and wildlife from coast to coast and tens of thousands of miles he traveled to share his vision with us will live on in his images that we all enjoyed.

Frank’s, true love of his life was his wife Lisa Crow Ruggles of 25 years, who was his partner in adventure and best friend, with their shared love of the outdoors and living life to its fullest. They loved sharing time at their ranch together and exploring the valley and trails surrounding the ranch. And of course, no one can forget their Furry shadow Stanley their fun-loving, goofy, gentle giant and supervisor of Ranch life.

Frank was a true steward of the National Parks and our environment. His immense talent and larger-than-life persona will be missed by all that were lucky enough to know him and view his work.

Rest easy Frank, you will be greatly missed by all, and keep chasing the light and shine upon us all and this nation’s national parks you will forever be part of helping to preserve them for all. “The love of my life, my husband Gregory Michael MD, an Obstetrician that had his office in Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach died the day before yesterday due to a strong reaction to the COVID vaccine.


“He was a very healthy 56 year old, loved by everyone in the community delivered hundreds of healthy babies and worked tireless through the pandemic.


“He was vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine at MSMC on December 18, 3 days later he saw a strong set of petechiae on his feet and hands which made him seek attention at the emergency room at MSMC. The CBC that was done at his arrival showed his platelet count to be 0 (A normal platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microliter of blood.) he was admitted in the ICU with a diagnosis of acute ITP caused by a reaction to the COVID vaccine.


“A team of expert doctors tried for 2 weeks to raise his platelet count to no avail. Experts from all over the country were involved in his care. No matter what they did, the platelets count refused to go up. He was conscious and energetic through the whole process but 2 days before a last resort surgery, he got a hemorrhagic stroke caused by the lack of platelets that took his life in a matter of minutes.

The news was reported Friday evening, with previous WCCO sports anchor Mark Rosen, grieving Hanneman's passing during an appearance with KFAN radio Friday evening.

Hanneman has most as of late functioned as a studio have with FOX Sports North, covering the Twins, Wild and Timberwolves. He recently filled in as a games anchor at WCCO-TV was the TV voice of the Timberwolves.

"I'm squashed at the information on [Tom Hanneman's] passing," tweeted Timberwolves TV telecaster Dave Benz. "He was inviting, useful and generous to me when he passed me the stick as [Timberwolves] in depth host. He was interesting and modest and kind.
