Not always easy for ladies to get a real man who truly love them , i have some tips for girls to help them understand some stuff about relationship. i won`t write too much article on this. 1. He takes you everywhere with him He can't go to his most important events without you by his side. Family holidays, special events and outings, he has you with him. He is proud and wants to show you off to his family and friends. 2. He doesn't hit the door when challenges come There'll always be challenges and things may get harder with time. If your man stays by your side during these trying times then he is in for the long haul with you. 3. He sees just you alone You can be in a room full of people and he'll still search you out because he doesn't have a wondering eye rather he's focusing on just you. 4. He tells you he wants to marry you Only jokers blurt out the marriage word easily, but if you know your man is serious-minded and he tells you he wants to marry you, then he's really serious about taking you to the altar. 5. He plans the future with you When he starts involving you in his future plans and asks your opinion on them because they matter, it could be a huge sign that he's ready to settle down with no one but you. |
Adebola Odumosu, one of the sons of late self-
proclaimed messiah, Jesu Oyingbo, has been
arrested by the Lagos state police command for
allegedly defiling a teenager.
According to reports, Adebola is at the moment being
held at State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence
Department (SCIID), Panti, Yaba. He was arrested
after he confessed to the crime he committed years
back to a U.K-based blogger. Adebola did this to spite
his estranged lover, Folashade Olatunji, who is a
business rival to the blogger he leaked the
information to.
Adebola committed the crime at Alakuko, and went
ahead to abort two pregnancies for the teenager
before her family got to know about it and swept it
under the carpet to save the teenager from
stigmatization.
The Nation reports that Adebola also blackmailed his
ex Folashade and extorted money from her after their
relationship ended over what he did. He also
kidnapped Folashade’s 87-year-old grandmother and
held her hostage at a flat rented by Folashade in
Lagos demanding some sort of ransome.
Karma caught up with him when he leaked the rape
story to a UK-based blogger. Folashade reported the
case the blackmail to the Police Command and the
suspect was arrested. He also confessed to having
sex with the teenager who went through abortions
for him.
Police spokesman, Olarinde Famous-Cole, an
Assistant Superintendent (ASP) said the suspect
would be charged to court. |

The Niger Delta Avengers has been urged to call
its members to sheath their swords, hours after
the militant group issued threats to resume
attacks on oil facilities in the region.
One of the elders in the region and the spokesperson
for Gbaramatu Kingdom, Godspower Gbenekama,
made the appeal after a closed-door meeting with
the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro,
on Saturday in Asaba.
Gbenekama asked the group to give the Federal
Government more time to fulfil its promises to the
people of the region.
He, however, blamed the government for not
keeping its promises to the requests made by the
people which he said was contained in the 16-point
agenda of the Pan Niger Delta Elders’ Forum
(PANDEF).
“The issues are not leadership issues, PANDEF
articulated the issues and as at then, everybody
agreed,” he said. If the Federal Government has
started meeting those demands one after the other,
these threats would not have resurfaced.
“The Ogoni cleanup for instance, take off the
Maritime University which the Vice President
disclosed that N2bn has been approved but up till
now, we have nothing.”
Gbenekama also warned that the threats must not
be treated with levity and urged the government to
move swiftly to avert what he described as the
‘dangers’ ahead.
He said, “Threats like these are not empty ones, the
Federal Government must, therefore, do the needful
by addressing some of these concerns.
“We cannot do much, the only thing we can do is
beg these faceless youths to be patient with the
Federal Government.” |

Tithing is an Old Testament concept. The tithe was a requirement of the Law in which the Israelites were to give 10 percent of the crops they grew and the livestock they raised to the tabernacle/temple (leviticus 27:30,numbers 18:26,deuteronomy 14:24,2 Chronicles 31:5). In fact, the Old Testament Law required multiple tithes—one for the Levites, one for the use of the temple and the feasts, and one for the poor of the land—which would have pushed the total to around 23.3 percent. Some understand the Old Testament tithe as a method of taxation to provide for the needs of the priests and Levites in the sacrificial system. After the death of Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law, the New Testament nowhere commands, or even recommends, that Christians submit to a legalistic tithe system. The New Testament nowhere designates a percentage of income a person should set aside, but only says gifts should be “in keeping with income” ( 1 Corinthians 16:2). Some in the Christian church have taken the 10 percent figure from the Old Testament tithe and applied it as a “recommended minimum” for Christians in their giving. The New Testament talks about the importance and benefits of giving. We are to give as we are able. Sometimes that means giving more than 10 percent; sometimes that may mean giving less. It all depends on the ability of the Christian and the needs of the body of Christ. Every Christian should diligently pray and seek God’s wisdom in the matter of participating in tithing and/or how much to give ( James 1:5). Above all, all tithes and offerings should be given with pure motives and an attitude of worship to God and service to the body of Christ. “Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” ( 2 Corinthians 9:7). |

The recent invitation of the former deputy governor
of Osun State and Ex. Senator of the Federal Republic
of Nigeria, Dr Iyiola Omisore, by Mr. Umege
Uzochukwu, a deputy commissioner of Police in
charge of Osun State Criminal Investigation and
Intelligence Department, has been generating a lot of
furore in the media. Many have queried the way and
manner the invitation was circulated widely to
various online and offline media houses.
A Lagos based online blogger, names withheld,
disclosed that he became suspicious the way and
manner the Police Invitation was written and
attached to a press statement with a tone of urgency
for them to publish the material last weekend. “It
was sent out from same source with a tone of
urgency and we became suspicious. Moreso, it was
dated October 20, 2017 why sending it on October
27?”
In his response, Senator Omisore has described his
invitation as a sinister plot by some powerful
interests in the ruling opposition party in his state, All
Progressives Congress (APC) to get him out of
circulation ahead of 2018 gubernatorial election in the
state by using the Nigeria Police to frame him on
trumped-up charges.
Omisore, who was the Chairman Appropriation
Committee while serving the Senate, stated in a
press release personally signed by him, stated that
these opposition elements are apparently working
with the Nigeria Police or some of their officers to
realize their sinister plot against his person.
“In the invitation, I was asked to report to the said
DCP Uzochukwu that the late Senator Isiaka Adeleke,
had reported a case of assault against me to them.
And I wondered when Senator Adeleke (may God
rest his soul) made the report as no date was given
in the said invitation. The police invitation letter was
dated 20th October 2017”, he quizzed.
Some legal experts who have been paying attention
to the development have queried the legality or
otherwise of the letter. Reacting to the police
invitation, A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Nathaniel
Oke, described the action of the police as “political
harassment.”
According to Oke (SAN), “Police have the statutory
power to invite any individual who is suspected to
have committed any offence for the purpose of
carrying out their investigation to determine whether
criminal offence has actually been committed or not.
The only area that is actually worrying me is that,
when Senator Isiaka Adeleke himself was alive,
what step did the police actually take to unravel and
probably prosecute Senator Iyiola Omisore?
Therefore, to me, it is a political harassment. It is a
political intimidation.
“The question is this; Senator Adeleke was alive since
2014 before he died in 2017. Now, where is the
complainant as far as that criminal allegation is
concerned? Will evidence now be given on behalf of
the deceased? I don’t think it is proper. They have the
right to invite him for the purpose of interrogation,
but the fact is that, this is political harassment.
“The point I am making is that, what were the police
doing as at the time the person who was purportedly
assaulted was alive. Why after the demise of Senator
Adeleke?” Oke interrogated.
In his own argument, a lecturer at the faculty of Law,
Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Ile-Ife, Mr.
Musibau Lateef, described the police action as
“absurdity and ridiculous.
“It is the height of absurdity. Assault that happened
in 2014, as a matter of law, you cannot maintain a
crime of assault which is a personal injury on behalf
of a dead person. For the sake of God, Senator
Adeleke is late, can anybody legally speaking, bring
an action of assault on his behalf? The answer is no,
legally speaking, and that is why I said, for me, it is a
sign of ignorance and it is quite ridiculous.
“The police have the right under section 2(11) of the
Constitution and police Act, to invite anybody, but in
this context, it is the height of ignorance. I’m speaking
as a matter of law; it is not possible to sustain a
matter of assault on behalf of the dead person. It is a
personally injury crime that only the person who
suffered the injury must testify.
Reacting to whether the evidence of the late Adeleke
before the commission of enquiry can be admitted on
oath, the law lecturer said, “we are talking about
crime here; no commission of enquiry, I repeat, no
commission has the right to indict anyone on criminal
offense.
“So, whatever the findings of the commission in this
respect goes to nothing. Who will come to court to
tender the statement? This is not a matter of
controversy and that is why I used ignorance
deliberately, it is the height of ignorance.
“We are not talking of murder here because murder
would have been different, but he slapped me, he
kicked me, how do you prove that? It is ridiculous
and height of ignorance. Going by the content of the
letter that he was invited in connection with the 2014
issue, it is ignorance on the part of the police. The
content of the letter has rubbished whatever may be
the reason for the invitation.“Senator Omisore may
refuse to go. He can simply tell his lawyer to go and
explain to them. You have the right not to subject
yourself to such ridiculous invitation”, Lateef
explained.
Speaking in the same vein, Barrister Oluwaseun
Ijoba, said, “The police have not been responsible in
handling this issue. If the letter did not state
particularly the reason they invited him, it would
have been something else. Now, I begin to wonder,
what intelligence, what new fact would emerge after
the death of this man about seven months ago that
did not emerge in three years after the alleged act. I
couldn’t see any reason for this invitation rather than
political harassment.
“It is mere allegation against Senator Omisore. It has
not been proved. There’s no way the police would
justify their position presently after three years!. If
there is no opportunity to cross examine a witness, to
test the veracity of the statement made by the
witness, the statement amount to nothing.
A human right lawyer, Mr. Kanmi Ajibola, said “the
invitation by the police to Otunba Iyiola Omisore is
very wrongful and offensive. The cause of complaints
given to the police by the late Senator Adeleke had
passed off with his death. The police should be very
careful on careless and unproductive invitation like
this”. He wondered why the police have not
prosecuted the case since 2014 when it was reported
to them.
But the former Attorney General and Commissioner
for Justice in the state, Mr. Wale Afolabi, maintained
that criminal case can be prosecuted any time, even
after the death of the complainant. “Police has the
right to invite anybody for questioning once there is a
report of alleged crime. Don’t forget that the law is no
respecter of anybody. No matter highly placed, the
police have the right to invite such person for
interrogation’, Afolabi asserted.
Explaining further his initial position and the politics
behind the unusual invitation, Senator Omisore said,
“We all know that as Nigerians we are living in a
very interesting time. The culture now is to source for
scapegoats in members of the Peoples Democratic
Party (PDP) for every inaction of government. The
tragic instance in which the late former Osun State
governor, a distinguished senator of the Federal
Republic, died is still fresh in our memories,
particularly the controversy that his death generated
across the nation.
“What is also fresh in our collective memory is the
decision by the good people of Osun State to reward
the late Senator Adeleke and people of Ede by
electing his brother to complete his term in the
Senate. The people’s decision of course was carried
out by our great party, Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP).”
“Could this invitation by the police have been
anchored on the role I played as a party leader in
that election? Omisore probed. Wondering how the
police could allow themselves to be brazenly used
against the people they are expected to protect.
“Therefore, I want the public to know about the plot
and keep them informed about this sinister plot
against myself and the memory of Senator Adeleke,”
Omisore concluded.

“I didn’t plan to be a Billionaire’s child”- DJ Cuppy says
as she speaks on Davido calling himself “Omo baba
olowo”
Once they mention the name DJ Cuppy what comes
to mind is Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola.
Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, DJ Cuppy said there was
a time she wished she had more freedom and could
experience certain things.
She told Goldmyne TV,
“In my song with Tekno, Green Light, I tried to be
more open. Looking back at my upbringing, I grew up
with a lot of borders. I love meeting people, I love
having fun with people, but I didn’t grow up doing
that all the time. But I am an adult now and I can
choose my own. So, I am choosing to be open.
Although, I am so grateful to God for my upbringing,
as my parents took good care of me and gave me
the best education. But I miss some things. People tell
me that they once did certain things, which were fun.
For instance, they once took a bus and go to
someplace alone. Someone had also told me that
they once went to the field and stole corns. You may
think all these don’t matter, but I don’t have those
memories.”
Have you ever wished you were not Otedola’s child?
She replied;
“That was back in the day, but I am now very
comfortable with my skin. In the beginning, when I
first entered the industry, I felt a lot of artistes or
industry people didn’t like me.
I thought they felt I was entering their space with an
advantage over them and thought it was unfair. But
now, I feel like I have paid my dues and I have built
a good reputation over time for myself.
Now, I am happy to say who my dad is and I cannot
change it. I have embraced it and I see it as a
blessing now. People have to understand I just
wanted to be someone’s child, so; they shouldn’t use
that against me. I could walk into a room and, before
even opening my mouth, everyone had formed an
opinion about me. It is like you don’t want to give a
young woman a chance to express herself.”
According to her, the difference between her and
Davido is that the singer decided to use his
upbringing to his advantage from the outset.
“He told everyone he was OBO (Omo Baba Olowo);
take it or leave it. I am not that kind of person, but
he was smarter because before you could use that
against him, he had already told you.”

Former presidential assistant, Reno Omokri, has
condemned recent comments by Osun state
Governor, Rauf Aregbesola against President
Jonathan and the PDP.
In a statement on Tuesday, Omokri said Aregbesola
is a “lazy talkative” and a “confused man suffering
from verbal diarrhoea”
Omokri said blaming Jonathan and the opposition for
his (Aregbesola) inability to pay salariesis another one
in the long list of blame gaming the All Progressives
Congress (APC) governments at all levels are well
known for.
“It is not surprising that the usually loquacious
Governor Aregbesola has been quiet about the $25
billion scam at the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation and chooses to distract the public with
this fallacious revision of history. To put things into
perspective, this scam is the single largest scam in
the history of Nigeria since 1914”, he wrote.
“For the avoidance of doubt, calamity did not strike
the Nigerian economy on June 2014 as alleged by
Governor Aregbesola or at any other time that former
President Jonathan governed Nigeria.
“Perhaps Governor Aregbesola is confused and meant
to say August 2016 when Nigeria officially entered
into recession for the first time in 25 years due to the
mismanagement of the economy by the APC
administrations at all levels.
“Contrary to Governor Aregbesola’s verbal diarrhoea,
the Jonathan era, spanning 2010 to 2015, witnessed
an era of unprecedented growth in which Nigeria’s
Gross Domestic Product consistently grew at over 6%
per annum and our economy became the largest
economy in Africa and the third fastest growing
economy in the world according to CNNMoney. In
that time frame, inflation was at single digit rate, the
Naira was stable at under 200 Naira to a dollar and
petrol sold at ₦87 per liter.
“Rather than blame Dr. Jonathan or the PDP for his
massive failure in office, Governor Aregbesola is
advised to look at Anambra state where the state
government is not dependent on the Federal
Government but has creatively come up with ways
to generate revenue without taking loans or the
bailout handed out by the APC led Federal
Government.
“Anambra has become self sufficient in food
production and is exporting agricultural produce to
Europe and Asia whereas Osun state under Governor
Aregbesola which has a larger and more fertile land
mass is borrowing left right and center and failing
that, begging for funds from national and
multinational institutions.
“My question to Rauf Aregbesola is whether the
Governor of Anambra has two heads whereas
Aregbesola has only one? The answer is that the
Anambra state government is not headed by a lazy
talkative who believes that all there is to governance
is to wait for monthly manna from Abuja.
“No matter how much federal allocation you give a
governor, if he has a consumer mentality, it will
never be enough. Aregbesola is an example. No
matter how little federal allocation you give a
governor, if he has a producer mentality, it will be
turned into more than enough. Peter Obi and Willie
Obiano of Anambra are examples.
“Thankfully, the great people of Osun state have
seen through the emptiness of their Governor and his
APC which is why they voted overwhelmingly
against them and for the Peoples Democratic Party in
the recent Osun West Senatorial District election
where the PDP candidate, Ademola Adeleke,
trounced the APC’s candidate 97, 280 to 66, 115.
“If Governor Aregbesola would only sell the tens of
cars in his convoy, reduce the hundreds of millions it
takes to run his office, curtail the millions he spends
on propaganda and then invest that money in income
generating ventures like farms, poultries, micro
finance institutions and similar enterprises, he will be
able to pay his civil servants instead of passing the
buck and blaming Dr. Jonathan who left office almost
three years ago.” |
