Good morning gurus in the house…Please for those that are in UK already,can I carry raw rice when travelling…I already packed it inside my luggage and a friend told me it is not allowed

We paid through Wakanow and after payment we were told 2 piece of bag for each person

Please I will need to ask a few questions I intend to book my flight from Kano Nigeria to Heathrow UK on the 30th with Saudi Airlines.

The itinerary has one layover at Jeddah (Saudi capital) before heading to Heathrow the next day.

Their price is quite pocket-friendly
Please I would like to ask for review from people who might have used this airline before and those who require a transit visa since we will be stopping in Saudi.

It doesn’t require a transit visa…This is the same route my husband and I are passing on the 30th with Saudi Airline.We are moving from Kano too,We’ve booked the flight already because it is pocket friendly

This was where the fear and anxiety began because dependant did not receive any NSF mail or mail for additional documents.After two weeks,I did a paid mail and paid call and was told still awaiting decision.I did a paid mail again on sept 12 in the evening and I got a generic mail again that it’s still awaiting decision.On sept 13th,I replied to the paid mail and was told a decision has been made.
Dependant application moved to VAC:Sept 15th
Received by VAC:Sept 15th
Collection mail:Sept 15th
Brp mail:Sept 16th
Thank you Duchess for always ready to attend to our questions and to everyone on this platform,I say thank you.To everyone still awaiting their visa testimony,just hold on to God,he will do it at the right and appointed time.I know the wait is not easy,no matter how strong you are it will test your faith and you start assuming maybe the documents you submitted has an error😂😂

No it's not. I did a paid email yesterday and they said a decision has been made already so just waiting for them.

We did biometric on the same day Aug 23,I did a paid mail yesterday too but no response from them till this moment…My husband which is the main applicant has gotten his visa since August 29th and I didn’t receive any NSF…It’s becoming frustrating,I don’t even know what to do again

Don't be nervous. I got similar feedback via email for my daughters application. We have 3 out of 4 successful visa already so I don't see them rejecting the 4th. I also don't see them rejecting yours especially since there's no NSF

Has your daughter application moved to VAC?

Same issue I have, we did biometrics 23 Aug and my daughter's application hasn't moved. I did a paid call and email yesterday, the lady I spoke to said No News is Good News and I should keep waiting. By 13 Sep, it's due for escalation so I should reach out if I haven't gotten it.

Please did you get any NSF mail for your daughter that is still waiting?

Go and do affidavit to support it..My husband has the same issue on his waec certificate and he has gotten his visa last week

1. My husband wants to reapply for January intake, he will be going alone because he can’t go with dependant as Uk rule demands?
2. Will his July visa refusal affect this January intake he wants to apply for?
