Hello House,

I have a PR card and I am looking forward to relocate in July as I will also be giving birth in August. My questions are:

Which Doctor / hospital do you recommend for me in Toronto ? Someone recommended a Nigerian Doctor but I am not sure if I want that.
Would I have to pay for hospital bills as a permanent resident, considering the fact that my health card might not be ready.
