Hi everyone,
Good morning, so i am here again o...i lost like 3 snails to infection last week and i am worried this one is not okay.

It has not been really active, still eats well though and there’s water on its body, is that normal? I spray it water everyday tho.

I am new to this snail farming business and this snail is like an experimental subject for me...kindly help me with tips��

Hi good morning.


Please this snail has been like this for about 24 hours and when it tries coming out, neck is twisted in a weird way and the eyes doesn’t come out��‍♀️. It moves when i touch it and one last thing...i used my hand sanitizer after i touched it this morning(because of lassa fever �) then I remembered I sprinkled water, i hope that won't harm my snails, it was after I remembered.

Help please a young farmer �‍�

So, there is this other one that wont come out of its shell, its still alive and when it comes out it doesn’t bring out its eyes��‍♀️��‍♀️.
And it folds its neck and the body in ways i don’t understand ��‍♀️��‍♀️

You are not nice �

Remove all your snails from the loamy soil.
Remove all the loamy soil in the pen and find a way to heat the sand with fire to kill all the soldier Ant.
After heating the Sand allow it to cool down completely before returning your snail to the pen.
You are expected to treat your banana leaf in boiling water for about 15minutes.
You should always remove left over feeds every morning to stop the recurrence of Ant for the future.
Make sure the pen environment is always clean.

Can i add pawpaw leaves to the pen too?

So, i started snail farming a couple of days ago and although i am yet to get snails but the pen is ready. I just put banana leaves yesterday evening and i went there this morning to check the pen and i found this ants under the leaves.
Are they harmful?
Kindly find attached picture of the ants.
