English of course. It depends on the school.
For example Tai Solarin University of Education can give admission, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education can give admission. Even state universities can also give you admission so there's hope na.
There's Lit in Eng, Maths, Government,Civic, CRS and Textile. The problem is that you don't have any social science like book keeping or store keeping, Marketing or Entrepreneurship or even economics.
You can still proceed. Federal Schools is what I don't know about
