sigolisis: Go straight to the undergraduate admission office, I don't think you need any other document, however you can go with photocopies of your credentials just incase, since it doesn't cost you anything.
When you get to Iwo Rd, board a taxi going to Agbowo-Ojoo and alight @ Agbowo, cross to the other side and take a bike/keke to UI gate

@africaflozy I want to go to UI on Monday to confirm/register my transcript, my school confirmed that my transcript has been sent to the Registrar, the question I have is will I go to the Registrar's office first or I should go to straight to Undergraduate Admissions? Also what documents do I need to go with?

Finally, how do I get to UI from say, Oshodi in Lagos.

At the point of login, it showed 2013/2014, but after final submission it showed, 2014/2015. And I've filled two forms today already.

Bro u r not "uploading" ur o'level o, u are expected to enter the subject and the grade manually not upload. At least that's how I did mine o.

You guys shud try and make use of the online helpdesk to check if it will have any adverse effect (but I reckon it will, UI is already competitive enough, u dnt wanna mk it easier for them to reject ur application), or try to refill the form and reprint it, you can always go back and edit ur details before the portal is finally closed.

Gideonaire: It's been stated that credentials including O' level and HND, ND and equivalent certificates should be submitted. I can't really find a place where all of these credentials will fit in on the registration page. Or will that appear possibly after clicking on the submission button when the teller number, bank branch, amount paid, Jamb Reg number etc are been filled, or will the certificate be scanned in? 2. The 50kb passport and the signature which will be in JPEG format; I guess they would be scanned in too? And for anyone here who must have had his/her registration done how did you go by the procedure filling in the credentials, most especially the certificate? 3. Na 2013/2014 I still they see o, the only time the 2014/2015 whatever thing will come up, it will always be for the PUTME stuff. Please, anyone here who has had these stuffs done successful submitting these things online with the session 2014/2015 DE REGISTRATION should help out o.

Once you submit your bank details on the admissions page, a PIN and user ID will be generated on d page for you. Login with those details.

After this you must have scanned you passport photograph, signature (both in jpg and not more than 20kb, yes 20kb), Then your ND/HND/NCE certificate or final semester statement of result (in jpg and not more than 1Mb in size).
Don't worry about the 2013/2014 stuff, just ensure you are filling frm ui.edu.ng ur final printout will show 2014/2015.

It is true, but the final printout MUST indicate "2014/2015 Undergraduate Admission Application Detail". If dat is d case, u are right on point!

I didn't do anything about it o, I think they are uploading it gradually, just kip checking as long as you are sure you submitted your transcript to the school.
