You can check your portal to see when your application was acknowledged to have been submitted and compare with the deadline give for PAL expiry. The grace is that we are some hours ahead so you might have meant the deadline.

The Application was sent and acknowledged on the 21st, my only concern is that part on the portal where you put your PAL expiration date; we choose 22nd because 21st wasn’t on the option prompt anymore.

Why did you wait till expiration date?

These things requires a lot of intentionality and planning if you want to come out in success. All the best.

I just got my PAL, on the 9th January, So time was kind of tight, trying to cross all T’s, and dot the i’s.
I’m trusting God that all will be well

Make sure your PAL is valid before submitting, cos all PAL earlier issue expired 21st Jan.

I submitted my application on the 21st, which was the same day of my PAL expiration. Matter of fact there was no 21st prompt on the PAL date, so I chose 22nd and submitted on that same 21st.
Will this cause any issues with my application? Is there anything I can do?

Do you have details for VFS refund? I can’t find any where on the site that indicates refund requests.
The 1st payment I made, left my acc but we didn’t get a biometric/appointment.
I had to pay someone else to use their card for the second payment.

Hi everyone, does anyone know how to request a refund from TLS? I paid for a service that was never rendered since VFS is now handling biometrics.

I’m trying to get refund from vfs, and there’s no clear direction on how to get it done on the website.

Has anyone experienced this before, or currently? I have been unable to make an appointment with on vfs, Error message every single time we get to the payment part, it has been 4 days of trying and nothing has changed. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Those anyone rendered appointments service, at this point we have used all the computers at home and it’s still same prompt

Kindly share, which VFS location you submitted your application, and where you where asked to pick up from? I’m being asked to pick up from Vfs Abuja, what then was the dhl payment for?

Congratulations. Are you submitting at vfs Abuja? Just walk in and submit your passport. They’ll dhl to you between 3-5 days.

Hi,
I’m hoping to find clarity;
I submitted study visa application February 1st, at VFS Lekki, and paid some dhl charge or the other.
I only just received attached email on July12th asking me to pick up from Abuja.
Any thoughts on why, and if I am able to rectify pick up location to Lagos VFS?
