Age has nothing to do with payment, you can confirm if your validation records were actually received by sending your Npower ID to Npower.

The payment on going is Backlogs of last year and those of preselected candidates. After that is concluded, they can now proceed to January this year. For those that changed from beneficiary to applicant, you are not the only one, it will return when the site update is complete. For those tha cannot log in , get your details correctly, then better still, be patient until the site update is complete. Good luck.
