Good day to you all nairaland peeps,please i need some help here,i sent my reference letters to the usa through nipost since 27/10/2017,with a promise that It's going to take 2wks,I've been tracking it since then it only says "otb" whatever that means(iv checked d meaning tho').

I've checked with school they've not seen it
I was in a hurry to post so i dint scan them.
I had a horrible experience with ems,sent transcripts thro them to the same location on the same day,they told me 5working days,it took 2wks+.
Nipost customer care is shit.
What do i do,pls help.

realy like the good wrk and the corrections too,affected persons should try and listen to advice o. please.the yorubas say ai pe go(we dont gather in groups and end up daft or stupid)we gather to share knowlegde and learn new things.
