Hi, exactly how i feel. Not to mention the ridiculous agreement fees. I just saw a mini flat for 300k, the agreement is 120k and damages 50k. which means the agreement alone is 40% of the rent paid not to talk of them not cleaning it up or having a cupboard. Besides is the damages paid back if there are no damages? it shocking people still build houses that way, where do they expect people to keep their things?
