Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by ademeedee: 7:43am On May 09, 2019
I have been looking for information about a child of 10 years that wants to apply for a visiting Visa on her own but i cannot find anything specifically. Like how much she should have in her account, documents required. Her mum has a valid UK visa so she wants her to apply on her own. I saw that she pays the same amount for the Visa applicants as an adult. Please help is needed.

Please Sir. Can you tell me the name and post code of the factory you worked with. I will be really grateful. Is the job near the city centre or Brackenhurst?

Its pork farms and its between Clifton and the city centre. Branckenhurst kind of out of notts.
As for the post code, you can call gi group. That's the name of the agency I worked. I would PM their number.

Hi I just saw your post, have you made up your mind on what you want to do? I did exactly this... my story. Mine was different because I had previously schooled and worked there. Mu tuition fee was 12900, I got an alumni discount of 3225 and scholarship of 2000 which was 5225. So I had 7165 I think. I paid 3000 for my CAS which by the way all my saving left so I had 4165 to pay. For my money in my account I couldn't get any one to lend me without interest so I paid 8% interest which amounted to almost 420k if I am correct and then you have to pay for your Visa and health sub charges. I had to also pay for priority which pained me. By the time I was going after booking my flight I had less than £500 in my account. I was going to stay with my friend for sometime to help me save cost but she ending up charging me £140 per month which was understandable as she was paying mortgage and bills.

My journey... so I got in touch with some of my old employers and none was willing to give me a job. Anyway, I luckly got a job which paid £9 but only kept me on for two weeks, not sure why. So I had to start looking for another job. For me I was thinking it would be easy to get a job in my field since I had schooled there before but that was me dreaming. Anyway I ended up going back to work at a factory i worked with when I initially got to notts.

nestly £4500 is a lot of money to pay one
ObodoNaija:
Good morning all, please gurus in the house Can need help on this. l got admission in Nottingham Trent university and my school fees is 10,500 GBP, was given a 3000 GBP waiver which reduces the school fees to 7,500 GBP. I am required to pay 3000 GBP before a CAS number will be sent to me. My plans is to take a loan and pay the 3000 GBP for the CAS. And my question is will it be possible for me to hustle there n pay for the loan, remaining school fees which is 4,500 GBP and my living expenses.

Honestly £4500 is a lot of money to pay especially if you are going to pay rent and take care of yourself I did pay the tuition fees on my own but got £1700 from my folks. So I paid £2465. I moved out my friend house 2 months later and got a place of £250. The school is lenient and would allow you to pay as many times possible but before June I think. I cannot say its not doable but it is definitely not easy.

For me, I would say you should rethink your option. I wish someone told me about the emotional and mental trauma it would cost. Don't forget that you would have school work deadlines and also depends on what course you are doing you might not have enough time. If the UK gave like a 2 year post study Visa I would say go maybe you can get people who would lend you and then you would pay back but £4500 in a city you are new too....

I wish I had done my research , probably would have not have gone back and that is only because i feel I didn't get anything out of the system even after all the stress except you have an "after I finish uni plan". My after I finish uni plan didn't work out.

I am also a big fan of TV shows of the 80-90s, they can not be compared with modern ones. I can advise you to read the article, which contains sites with free movies in good quality http://www.isurfwebster.com/top-15-alternatives-to-solarmovie-to-watch-free-movies/
I think that on one of them you will definitely find all your favorite TV shows, like me. Good luck! smiley

Thank you. smiley

For me it was.
If you find Family drama interesting then you should too.
There's glamour, twist, Afflunce, deep secrets etc.

Really! Okay. Maybe I get back to it. For me in most cases if the first episodes don't intrigue me I find it hard to continue. Which why i didn't watch GOT, because season 1 bored the hell out of me.

Someone please recommend a series that is as close as Dynasty.

I'm through with dynasty for now and i need something similar to binge watch.

I started watching dynasty when I saw your post, but managed to finish season 1 episode 1 which bored the hell out of me. So I am done! Was it that interesting?
