It should because you'll notice the part typed in bold which states "Less than one year, or one to two full-time semesters" I think this solves the whole one semester WES evaluation thing I guess. But in all honesty this should fly.

I guess I just wanted to be double sure. So If you are not feeling ACCA, BCS is another great option
