Nope. If you want to withdraw your fund in dollar, link an ACH account to upwork account.
You can open a dollar account on Grey and link the account to upwork. Withdrawing directly to your local bank from upwork puts you at loss because of the low rate.
Grey dollar to naira rate is 584/$ which is still better
