Let us be realistic here and stop being sentimental. Do you

know how much it will cost to start a cattle ranch? The breeds of cows in Nigeria will not give higher yields if they are ranched and will not be cost effective. We should also remember that majority of the nomadic Fulani are peace loving. It will surely take time and a lot of resources before they can be integrated into modern ranching. The Federal and State Government should come up with modalities to registered and properly tracked the members of Mayetti Allah Cattle rearer association. All stakeholders should also be educated on peaceful coexistence while culprits are promptly punished. Joint security outlets should be established to handle armed herdmen. Then we can have a holistic framework to develop ranches all over the country
all over which country anyway excluding biafraland

Revisiting the Amnesty International report of 2016 brings a horrific scene to bear which has not yet gotten any respite whatsoever.

In the events of the brutal state-perpetrator massacre in Zaria that transpired in December of 2015 that left hundreds of shia minority Muslims dead, the Buhari government is accused of having burned victims alive.

Netsanet Bela of Amnesty International says in the report,

The true horror of what happened over those two days in Zaria is only now coming to light. Bodies were left littered in the streets and piled outside the mortuary. Some of the injured were burned alive.

The Kaduna state government later confessed to having participated with the military under command of General Tukur Yusuf Buratai in a secret mass burial of at least 347 victims in attempt to cover up the crimes.

Buhari celebrates with Buratai after Zaria massacre, Maiduguri deadly Boko Haram attach that the government denied happened
The Buhari government promised to act on the tragedy and an inquiry report that indicted military officers, however two years later the culprits have gone free and have gone on to perpetrate other similar massacres across Nigeria.

I read the news on what Obiano said and I was shocked. The idiot just started up what we hate OUK for, blabbing rubbish while stirring up controversy. Was it that he was drunk when he said that or he just wanted to tend? Haven't read any statement from him concerning Ekwueme who just passed on.

It made me wonder, upon all our achievements, why can't we replicate the same? Why can't we change the status of Onitsha and Aba, making it become an advanced market?

Even if you dominate somewhere, why not do it silently and let your works speak for you?

I'm sorry to say but dude goofed big time on this, even pitching sone ethnic groups against Igbos. It's a sad situation.

Most annoying is that some persons are beginning to open up topics on it and bragging about it.

Please, drum it in their ears let them learn...
just as aregbesola goofed when he said better still lied that osun igr is bigger than south east igr .if what obiano said is an insult to Yoruba nation, then aregbeshola has insulted Igbo since abrahamic era

PoliticsRe: Ndigbo B'anyi, Why Do You Enjoy Attracting Hatred? by adeolakemi: 9:35am On Nov 21, 2017
Obi1kenobi:
This is a very serious issue. And a very disturbing one. While it has been very funny watching another conflagration erupt over the "no man's land" trolling about Lagos and reading the Yoruba reactions (or overreactions grin), it really does beg questions about this self-destructive, masochistic need for Igbos to attract needless resentment on to themselves. There was Orji Uzor Kalu and his "no man's land" quip some years ago after Fashola deported a few Igbo vagrants to Onitsha which drew an army of similarly loud-mouthed Igbo supporters. There was Obiano's stewpid boast a few days ago about how Anambrarians developed Lagos, which again drew another army of loud-mouthed supporters.

Nigeria's richest man, Dangote, has most of his investments in Lagos and the South West and is planning the biggest investment ever made into Nigeria's economy with a $12billion refinery (with him single-handedly providing a quarter of the equity) in Lagos. Yet, I have yet to see these daily squabbles about who owns Lagos between Hausas and Yorubas. Apart from the fact that this "ownership" adds absolutely nothing to our daily lives whether Lagos is owned by Aworis or Ijebus or Germans or Scandinavians or Chinese people or whoever, it's just a needless provocation. This is why I don't blame Lagos state government officials trying through legislation to preserve the Yoruba character of Lagos by compelling Yoruba teaching in schools and also holding legislative deliberations in Yoruba on some days (they should make it everyday sef). Afterall, Nnamdi Azikiwe who sought to participate in Western Nigerian politics spoke fluent Yoruba.

Sometimes, you have to separate yourself from the herd and ask yourself hard questions. In Chinua Achebe's own words, Nigerians would come to no other common consensus other than their common hatred for the Igbo man. Some Igbos love to claim this is all due to envy, but Yorubas, by any objective opinion the most successful tribe in Nigeria, don't seem to attract this envious hatred as Igbos claim to do. Fulanis, despite the death and destruction they've wrought on many communities all across the country don't even attract the level of resentment Igbos do. If you find yourself the object of resentment from every corner of the country, including Niger Delta groups that should be our natural allies, maybe there is something everyone finds aggravating about the brash, abrasive, uppity, arrogant insolence of Ndigbo.

Humble yourselves. Stop beating your chests all the time about being smarter and richer and better than everyone. Respect your host communities even as you know Igbos are the biggest travelers around the country. Learn to build bridges and alliances and learn diplomacy and tact. This will particular help our attempts to escape the political wilderness we find ourselves in. The obsessive need to rankle everyone serves no purpose.

Now you can call me "afonja". But I've said my peace. smiley
what do you concern yourself with how Yoruba's feel or how Igbo do? please as long as those skull miner cum Muslims are heart bittered I'm OK as for the Christians yoruba we know where they belong

knowledgeable:
Every time they are admiring, praising or into marriage with Igbo women, Delta women, Hausa/Fulani women or women from other region of Nigeria, they are unashamedly telling the whole world that Yoruba women are ugly period. This debasing of Yoruba woman hood by Yoruba men themselves have far reaching implications/consequences both for them and others around them.

History has taught us what will happen to a people who marry women of other cultures(worship foreign gods) Into their own......over time, their value and belief system will change and etc , but that's not even the real concern here. The real concern here is...

Love and Hate: If a culture does not love(expressed through their worshiping of Igbo women's beauty baisicall)and celebrate the beauty of their womanhood, the love/hate negative consequences of their womanhood trickles down to their generation after generation as they attempt to 'beautify' or 'deorganicalize' the natural physical appearance of masses of the Yoruba population.

The pertinent questions are as follows:
Do Yoruba hate themselves and others?
(1) IS this the reason while Yorubas from all strata of societal levels (governors, Obas, men and women etc) bleach themselves to stupor (bobrisky)??.

(2) From love/hate angle, could this explain the lesser value on human lives(within the culture) expressed through higher incidence of rituals involving easily available human parts all over the region??.

(3) Politically, could this explain the subtle actions and indifferent from majority of their leadership(with exception of few) , their media houses to the wanton waste of lives by the religious bigoted fulani?, and these lost of lives don't move them as much while the Igbos are trying to run away from them/hausa/fulani. Could the love/hate of Yoruba womanhood by the Yoruba men themselves explain/ or connected to the extreme hate they have on Igbos??,(which most of them will deny it with that complicated love/hate relationships with Igbo and Igbo women beauty while the generality of Igbos see through it and are responding back to the Yorubas through the Biafra agitating )?. Could this explain while they joined in Igbo genocide and continue to celebrate it in all the available social media they can lay their hands on?

Yoruba, God is love and don't make mistakes. Actually, Yoruba women are some of the most beautiful dark skin women in the world....quote me anywhere and must be loved and celebrated by Yoruba men themselves.

Fina.

We all saw what happened yesterday and how the whole world have been praising us about our conduct yesterday, we should all raise our heads up high and feel proud of our Anambraness as Umu Omambala, we've always set the pace in Igboland, after all the threats of death on us, we still did the right thing. Many were scared but we
extended our love and encouragement and we conquered.
An election in Nigeria devoid of any ugly incidence.
We should be proud that we finally buried IPOB menace as the first son of Igboland.
Now, we have proved our worth in the scheme of things and subdued IPOB finally.
