Please my dearies,soon i will be reapplying for US visa.i just need answers to this questions:
1.In my previous application in 2016 i filled (Single) in my US Form i was a novice then.Lastyr My sis helped me to filled my form and she filled (Other)said my daughter and my business is my Ties here in Nigeria.because i was shy not to let my secret out of being a single mum(having child out of wedlock)
2.when filling another form should i still maintain tbe single in my 2016 form or i should filled other.lastly she in my previous form i filled my monthly income,but lastyr form she did not filled.because she and her husband is sponsoring me to meet up their promises to me after their wedding. Can i fill im the one sponsoring myself ori should let them sponsor me.just asking plss give me guidelines or how to go about it.thanks and God bless

on your last interview the VO took u back to which university do u attend under School Tie (university u attended/attending presently plays a big role people no go gree) do u have change in circumstance under it. if your course studied/the university ranking is weak *school ranking* u can have ur masters done at one of the A'list university or get Professional degree

He asked about do u have a child under family ties you told him u are a single mother(with LPR Sister) that's Being single with immediate family! Any change in circumstance under that?.

Re apply after a little while, build more ties ..and try going for ur interview alone.. Ur sister been a u s green card holde doesn't qualify u for a visa..so try and re apply ..bring up good travelling reasons. Going for ur nephew's baptism is absolutely off point.. Its noting important to attend by you wen his parents are there..u can simply put up a form to visit them maybe for a vacation and just be sincere with your application .

U.s visa is not a do or die affair..

If it doesn't click, i pray it does tho..

Just calm..travel to other countries.. Have fun..then later u cn reapply when ur situation changes..thank you

Having a relative in the States is not a guarantee you will get the Visa whether a citizen or no citizen. In fact having a relative there means you really have to demonstrate strong ties to Nigeria.

Based on your info, your only strong tie is your daughter. Maybe you can reapply when your condition changes eg. more kids, business growth, marriage, more travel history, etc.
