Are u sure the sponsor license was revoked or suspended..??

If it was undoubtedly revoked.....the CoS is automatically cancelled even if ur husband has not been notified....ur new visa application from naija will be undoubtedly denied ....if ur husband steps out, he cant get in until u guys get another sponsor.....


If it was suspended...( cos i doubt home office will revoke sponsor licence just because of quality care commission clearance).....ur husband can keep working with his employer if they have shift..or work with other caregiving employers ...in this case there is technically no 60 day deadline because the license can still be reinstated after the employer resolves issues with home office...

..however ur new visa application will be put on hold until the employer is able to settle with home office...... if the employer doesnt resolve... it can lead to revoking which will cancel the CoS and cancel ur pending application as well....

What u do with this information is totally up to you....

Hello everyone, goodday, please my husband went through the healthcare route in February, the company's licence was revoked in March, although they having be trying to resolve it but till now their licence has not been restored. My husband has been working with other companies but without sponsorship. Now my question is this can we go ahead and apply for our visas (wife and 2 children) our tb tests expires this month.

Kindly note that home office has not mailed any of the employees in the company regarding 60days to leave yet since March. And the company has also go ahead to get their cqc license which was the reason for their revocation of sponsorship license. (Cqc was gotten 2 weeks ago)

I just want to ask if any one is in this condition and we can try to go ahead and apply for the dependants

Hello fam, thank you for all the help and info you put out, GOD bless you, my husbands cos was issued last week and we want to apply for his visa but we can’t afford to apply for every one now (husband (Main Applicant) wife and 2 kids dependants)

Please what documents should my husband upload for his biometrics, ( I am asking so that we don’t upload unnecessary documents)

The dependants (wife and kids) have started their proof of funds and hope to apply by ending of February


Please has any one applied separately without dependants and then later applied for dependants, please how did you go about it and what documents did you use.
