My Mazda mpv 02/03 is only selecting gear 1 & 2 and wouldn't go beyond dt. Wat is likely d problem and possible solution. Thanks.

Oga Gazzuzz, my mpv 02 is constantly selecting 2 on d gear even when its selected to drive, reverse or park thereby making it difficult for the gear selection while in motion. Again, d o/d indicator flashes regularly and doesn't go off anymore. Already serviced d gear but d problem persists. Kindly help me with possible way out sir. Good morning.
