House, I've started my application on the new site. I want to ask if the new site is paga payment friendly before I fund my paga account. I was at GTBANK today just to get a dollar card. The requirement are just too much. Someone should please suggest a friendly way to make payment especially on the new site for UK visa application. Regards

1. It's there in the form where it's been asked to state how many years have you live in the above address. So I put 31years with my family. Won't they think I can't afford to rent house since am working?

If by partner you meant husband, please go ahead with your application. Just remember to put YES where the question of "Is any other person paying for your trip?" Then state a good reason where asked why.

If a common law partner, Hmmmm.....you can still go ahead.

If no evidence to show who he is to you. Forget it. Just transfer back to the same account. Let him pay for the ticket once approved.

However, if the amount is not significant to what your closing balance is; say 500k out of #2.5M+, you can give it a shot.


[/b]NB: to all concerned; I got visa with 38days old bank statement. The statement was printed earlier for a different purpose but later used for UK. Submitted exactly 38days after print-out coz bal in the account at the moment of UK submission wasn't smiling ☺ ☺ ☺[b]

What was the account balance in the statement of account?

A little over a million. My salary is paid into my account and I built it up gradually over the years.I'm sponsoring myself though the person I'll stay with also sent his bank balance to me.

Anyways,to add to the tax debate,I only used my payslips from work,don't have tax clearance certificate.

House, what can replace the apartment rent receipt to be submitted along with the other supporting document?

i Did Mine At A Cafe... After You Log In On Jamb Portal... There Is A Menu There; APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF DATA... Click On It, Then You Will Select Change Of Course/institution (there Are Other Options Like Change Of Name And The Rest)... I Hope This Help...
