But i dont think there's a need to fret, he's just turning 2. Is he in school yet? Does he have siblings or neighbours kids he plays with? These things affect speech development.
If you still want to schedule an evaluation with the therapist id send you her details but i think he'd benefit from interacting with people albeit forced interaction.
Miss Rachel on Youtube is a good interactive/learning channel for kids. Also follow "speechsisters" on IG for tips on how to force him to communicate.

I urgently need one for my son and will appreciate if you can recommend one that is effective but not too expensive. My son will be 2 next month and he only reads 1 - 20, A-Z and aings 3 songs. Nothing else. He does not even respond to greetings and does not call names. I will appreciate getting your contact so for more effective follow up.

If he reads 1 to 10 then he's talking. It's too early to be worried about anything. Just ensure you expose him to plenty vocabulary..talk to him always, read to him..be dramatic when you talk to him. I think boys generally do not talk early.

Im not sure what tests were done to rule out ASD but go through these links and compare his milestone against expected.
Ways to help him is by first understanding what's going on with him tthen helping with areas that he needs extra help in. These helps might come in form of speech therapy, behavioural therapy etc. Early intervention is key to helping them lead a normal life.
