You start by learning the A-Z of it. Without learning what any business or investment entails, it is stupidity to go into it.

Requirement is having a brokerage platform to trade with, have your capital, make use of your knowledge and skills and money management system and trade

You can start with as low as $1 or any amount you can afford to loose without getting mad at yourself.
But based on my over two years experience , I will advise when you get good training, don't start with less than $500 in capital or else you will loose your capitals. The reason is, surely every trader will have loosing trades and also successful trades but what guarantees a net profit is having a capital that the money management system can work with.

Other requirements: Avoid greed, fear and over confidence, have a mentor or forum of traders in which I know a lot, avoid get rich quick syndrome

Avoid scam by only trading with brokers registered by regulators. I can guide you in that.

Sounds like you are tending towards rating human's approval or disapproval over saving your friend from eternal suffering/hell/bondage kinda marriage.

Hope you know that generations unborn are hinged on your decision to tell him or not. See the bigger picture, rise above men's approval or disapproval and help your friend. Seek God for wisdom to go about it. I was in similar shoes some years ago, not exactly this way but similar focus. I had to tell the parents what their daughter was doing. It led to hate but after some years now, truth about it all is being revealed daily and I am happy I saved a life then.

Will this ever stop?

Forex is only sweet when you have up to 95% knowledge about all it entails.

It requires patience, zero greed and a workable strategy. Many people who looses in FX don't follow the rule of the game and come out to say it's a scam.

For example, you're told not to open any trade beyond 2% of your capital and follow the martingale money management system (the normal not the aggressive one) but because we want to hit it big, we disobey and in minutes, capital is all gone.
I have been there but better now and I can tell you forex is profitable.

Note: it's not the business type that you start with small money. To do well in forex, it involves some capital rise compared to some low capital biz.

Affiliate Marketing is also good, I'm trying to build that outside my trading and paid job hours (I don't trade beyond an hour daily and its mostly midnight), but based on what I have learnt so far, it will take time and effort to build affiliate marketing up to that level the motivators sweet-mouth us to believe it happens in a moment.

As to freelancing, be very good , I mean very very good in what you do and put it up in several freelancing sites. With time, it will yield.

There are sites where you can earn with even simple skills, it's just that since Covid started, it takes more time for many of them to absorb new recruits but it will still drop. For example, transcription jobs with scribie. Most of them pay with PayPal but once you can successfully link your bank card to PayPal, you should be able to withdraw from your card.

Determined to mitigate harsh effects of coronavirus pandemic, Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN yesterday flagged off year 2020 agriculture season in the state by distributing newly purchased tractors and loans to farmers.

The governor, however, distributed 20 tractors with viable implements and soft loans to farmers in the state.

Speaking at the event with limited numbers of people due to COVID-19, Akeredolu stated that this year event was the first of its kind, maintaining that it was the demonstration of the government’s avowed promise to agriculture sector.

Akeredolu also noted that the tractors would help the farmers to embark on farming activities with ease.

The governor also appreciated the Ondo State Agricultural commodity Association (OSACA) for the huge donations to farmers across the state as it was one of the greatest feats of the government.

He said: “You can see we are not many here, and we have set protocol in place how we can stay in the public.

“We have milestones of achievements over the years on agriculture in Ondo State, and we are doing our best in Ondo State.

“We have decided to embark on several measures to boost sufficient food production for the residents because the effect of the pandemic is obvious to us all.”

Earlier, Commissioner of Agriculture, Otunba Gboyega Adefarati, appreciated the governor for his enormous contributions to agriculture sector, saying “let me use this occasion to express appreciation to our amiable governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu for his supports at all times towards the development of agriculture despite the little resources available in the state”

He went on: “I am happy to inform you that Ondo State is one of the states to benefit three world Bank projects namely: livelihood improvement family enterprise-Niger Delta to the tune of 10million USD, livestock productivity.

and resilience support project (L-pres) gulping 200million USD for 15 states and FAO grants of 3million USD for cocoa and oil Palm value chains for Nigeria.”

In his votes of thanks, Rev Oluleye Gideon, the Chairman Poultry Association of Nigeria Appreciated the Arakunrin Akeredolu for extending hands of help to the farmers of the state.

He also thanked the Commissioner of Agriculture for his immense support to the farmers in the state.

However, one of the beneficiaries of the palliative, Ayo Omogie extolled the kind gestures of the governor for identifying with the farmers in the state.
