Pls house, I greet you all. My state is trying to sponsor (partial) some indigenes to Australia via study route. The unis are Jamescook University in Brisbane and University of New England, Armadale. Pls those that are there already, which among the two will be easier for a family of 5 to settle in based on availability of work and living expenses. The scholarship is partial and we need to work to pay off. I appreciate your inputs.

Please I need assistance in reviewing my education/work experience with a view to advising the role that suits me in Australia.

Qualifications : BSc Accounting,MBA financial management

Age 44

Working experience: 12 years in banking ,worked in customer service and internal control units in the bank and 3 years in an Insurance brokerage firm.I have never practised as an Accountant and not yet a Chartered Accountant.

Presently working in Compliance unit .
Married with 3 kids , hubby isn't interested in relocating.

Upon review, I'm.not seeing any role in the shortage occupation list that relates to compliance function.

Kindly advise.

There is one I know called ISHIBA .An NGO in Lagos.Im also a participant.
Registration form is 2k plus a passport.Grant will be disbursed in March 2018

I have just confirmed from a reliable source that the vacancy if for Firstbank and its nation wide recruitment.

The recruitment is for heritage bank.Entry level position (full time).Ill encourage as many that meets their criteria to give it a try.

For all who have not received any mail from Mainstreet bank,the bank said they will send mails to all who were interviewed to inform them if they were successful or not on or before Friday this week.It is well.

Please how many interviewers were at the panel? And can you please be specific as per the types of questions that were asked?

3 interviewers were at the panel. I can only speak for myself.The only question i was asked was the recent changes in the banking industry.

The interview went well.But serious drilling from the panel.We were 16 in number that came for the interview for various positions.Customer service,funds transfer,HOP,regional operation manager.Did not leave the place until around 8.30pm.The interviewers were very thorough.Basically about your cv and recent developments in the banking indusrty.

Yes i was sent a text message asking me for some informations like my grade in maths and english,years of banking and non banking expereience etc.

I can only speak for myself.I applied for customer service and they called me for another interview scheduled today at their head office by 1.30pm.

I really dont know where those who successfully scale through for customer service officers will be placed.On the day of our interview,almost everyone had experience of nothing less than 3 years in customer service.And the advert says GRADUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER.From my understanding in the banking indusrty,GRADUATE position means enrty level.Are they thinking on putting us on entry levelWell lets watch and see how it goes.

At FITC l noticed no question was asked about Mainstreet Bank at all.Just the normal can we meet you and questions on your cv.That suggests to me that there will still be another interview at Mainstreet Bank .

CSO also but did mine in FITC lagos on the 24/6/2014.Learnt the interview for head of operations was conducted today.We pray the best will come out of this for all of us.
