Good tread. I use Nissan product (prairie) now and realy I don't have any issue with it. Nissan product is very very very rugged and strong (engine and body) + big engine.
I think its just a matter of taste. I have also used toyota product (carina 2). The only advantage I see in Toyota is fast / easy service by mechanics while Nissan needs more experienced mechanics. U can't just fiddle with Nissan engine. If u do u will not enjoy the performance weareas most nigerian mechanics can play around with toyota engine

I want to get xterra as my next car because I know that will by rugged and good for nigerian roads. I have not been dissapointed any day with the product except for normal repairs peculiar with all cars

I made some findings as per the 3.5 kva Inverter of the following products and their prices:
Luminus =118K
Sukam=125k
Cyberpower=150k

Sorry to ask u this question. The price of the cyberpower is higher than the others. Does it mean the product has an edge in function(s) over sukam?
I ask this question because being the boss and genius in d house, u will be able to descern the difference/edge. Your response will be highly appreciated in d house for the benefit of an informed decision

Its like u want to break the myth. Hope u are not feeling the pinch of the subsidy removal.

Please George_D, pecorns I want u to suggest a very rugged Inverter product (3.0 - 3.5KVA) that will not give problem from experience. This will serve as guide for those contemplating Inverter setup in the house

@george_D is it posible to use a 1.5kva airconditioner with an inverter? I have hardly seen anybody mentioning that since the begining of this forum

Geoge_D and other guru in the house should educate us on the posibilty and implication on the inverter and batery bank. Or is there any special type of inverter that is designed for airconditioners?

I am already catching the fever of this inverter and batery and sollar panel stuff. That is the best way to go. It cost me about N5,000 to fill my 30-liter generator yesterday at mobil filing station because of subsidy removal. Now I have included installation of inverternd batteries as a family budget forthe 1st quater ofthis year and I am going for the 5kva inverter so that I can have a solid system like the like of George_D. I must say at this juncture that I appreciate this tread/forum (bookmaked already). I appreciate comments from all especially the expose given by GEORGE_D all the way. I also appreciate nairaland for creating this platform
