Rexxie: If you happen to eat late and heavy and you have to go asleep then doze off on a sitting position preferably on the rug with your back on the wall or chair or anything....so you don't have stomach upset nest day....but if you got the system that can accept and adjust heavy late meal and immediate sleep off,then better you....but a single satchet of Andrew Liver Salt is enough to take care of tinz

av been doing it for years now. I get tired of sitting up for long.

CyberG: Yes, lumbar support and a headrest is what I think I have been missing mostly. After really re-appraising the situation, I think the pains are caused by the un-ergonomic, unsupportive chair I use when I work at home. I had not been doing a lot of project work at home until recently and that is when I actually noticed the problem. My office makes every effort to get developers almost anything required to work and they changed all our chairs just about 2 months ago. Well with the increasing pain, I had to change my home chair immediately and I researched to find what good alternatives were and after reading reviews, I settled for the Markus! I think the pain has reduced since Sunday as I have stopped using the chair that wanted to break my back systematically! There are other chairs, way more expensive like $800 but they also had mixed reviews! So, I thought it better to start with the Markus and if there is no improvement in 40 days, I will just return it and buy another one or exchange it for another one. Here is Markus, the chair that is not only keeping me company now but helping to keep my back happy!
