I have a little knowledge of payment processing programming and i understand what i am saying.
Let me break it down this way.
Let us say you want to make payment for a membership site which requires some payment.
You use paypal to make payment to the account through a payment processor.
A well programmed site will give you immediate access to the site without any manual approval.
That seems to be the way the payment confirmation of OAU was done.
But Nigeria being what it is, people will always try to cut corners.
That explains why Zenith Bank has one of the best platform for any payment that requires confirmation.
There is a bug somewhere that is making it difficult for people to be granted immediate access even when the Bank has processed your payment.
It is a programming palava.
I am a web designer so i understand some basics of programming.

Hi skeetz, I'll just follow thru your assumptions.
Assuming today is sunday, I wish yesterday=saturday was tomorrow=monday then today=sunday must now be tuesday. So sunday doesn't answer the friday question.
Assuming today is wednesday, I wish yesterday=tuesday was tomorrow=thursday then today=wednesday would be friday.

if tomorrow is thursday today can't b Friday
