I have been using it for about 4 years now. I have two in my house at the moment. They are reliable. The only challenge is that not everyone can fix it. When I moved to my new apartment, the electrician who tried to fix the fan ended up blowing it. I had to buy a new one and looked for a competent guy to fix it

Just take note of your ODU number, go to any road side sim registration shop and do a SIM swap to a physical sim, then get a pocket router that has been tweaked to work with the router plans and you are good to go

A bit different, but can I convert my mtn physical sim to esim in the roadside people or I have to go to mtn service centre?

Mr. Valto, nice job you are doing. The only thing I would appreciate is if you tell potential customers your price. You seem to keep it hidden and want us to ask you for the price of your batteries, which to me is not the best policy.

I remember the issue came up here some months back and you said that the reason you don't post price here is because of nairaland blocking/deleting them.

However, I have noticed that even on your WhatsApp handle, you don't post prices whenever you post your batteries. You always use terms like "for sale at discounted price", but what are those discounted prices? No one knows unless we come and ask you.

I don't think WhatsApp blocks anyone for posting price of their products on their WhatsApp status. So, I guess that means your not posting prices is a deliberate action (you can correct me if I am wrong).

I am not against you, in fact, I am very likely to buy a battery from you soon. I just would like to see the prices of your batteries whenever you post instead of having to dm you for the prices. That way, I can know the current state of prices and know how to plan my purchase decision

Hello house. I am beginning to wonder if these guys are playing games.

They gave me my router a month ago. Since then, I noticed that I don't receive messages or OTP on the esim. Also, I noticed that the email they used in registering the esim is not mine as well.

Now, my subscription expired. I purchased 25k thru Opay on the sim. I tried to subscribe using the website option, they sent an OTP to the esim which I am not able to receive. I tried using the ussd code, they said I don't have sufficient airtime.

I just said let me check the sim on Opay and it came up with a name Comfort Ejeh. So, I wonder how I was given a router that someone else already registered on Opay

My wife's own took just under a month, she did biometrics in August and received the passport in September. They delivered it to our house, it was very efficient.

Just paid for the airtel ODU router this afternoon. The installer called few hours later and is currently in my house fixing it.

My house is very high, so, getting a way to fix it outside was hard for him. So, he said we should test if the network is strong inside the house, which we did and it was over 53mbs. So, we fixed it near my window.

Your router isn’t the problem, it is Airtel’s network in your area. I have been using Airtel since last year and it used to be very stable, but starting last week their terrible network issues hit my street. Since then, I have not been able to use it like before. The highest speed I get now is around 100 Kbps, which is basically unusable, and even that only lasts for about two minutes before it drops completely for 10 minutes or more.

I have sent several complaints to them on Twitter and have seen similar comments from other people in my area. They only promised to send an engineer to check the area, but nothing has been done so far.

At this point, the only solution is to stop subscribing to their network until they fully restore their service. Many people are saying that both Airtel and MTN shut down several masts nationwide to cut costs, which is why their service has suddenly gotten worse.

Does anyone know how I can get Glo Unlimited? I need to switch as soon as possible.

Yes, you are right. The router worked perfectly well when I took it with me to the office. If there is no solution in the next few days, I will have no choice than to switch to another network

I took the router to the office and it worked perfectly. I guess the issue is not the router but the network in my area. Thanks for the suggestion

Really confused on what to do. My Airtel 5G router basically does not work anymore. I have my subscription, but it does not browse 90% of the time. I end up having to spend extra money to subscribe on my MTN and Glo to be able to browse. It worked perfectly for a couple of months when I bought it last year. The whole problem started in february but it is now even worse. Since last week, I have not been able to browse with it for more than 10 minutes. I have done the factory reset, I have rebooted, I have called customer care severally, but nothing seems to change. It will work briefly and then stop working. Who can help?

Good evening. My wife used baby wipes to clean her laptop screen, now, the screen is not showing well. The laptop comes up normally and if you shine a touch on the screen, you can see the things on the screen but it is very feint. Without shining a touch on the screen, you can't see anything. For those having issues with uploading the picture, you can try the photo net website as mentioned in the group. I had issues initially but when I used the website, I was able to apply for both myself and my wife.
