My dear brother, it seems you are showing signs of depression, if I may advice pls, it will be good if you can go to the hospital for full mental assessment and history will be taken to know the main root of the problem and look for ways to treat you both medications and also therapies.

Also, try to get involved in some sporting activities cause that will also aid to improve your mental health.

Breathing exercises, taking of walks in natural environments can also aid to improve your mental health.

I wish you the very best this life has to offer, don't ever give up or allow the past to keep you limited or scared to venture into the future with dreams and aspirations.

A lot of persons also have different childhood traumas but they are also surviving and trying to take each day in strides.

If they can do it, then you can do it.

I am coming from the opinion that this is a good rule because of the high level of paternity fraud and also fraudulent activities that do go on in some hospitals.

How will a couple go into a hospital to have a child and the child is being switched at birth.
This will prevent a lot of this malpractices and evil practices to either stop or to be at its minimal.

Its not cool for a lady to go get pregnant for another man and put the responsibilities on another not as if there was an agreement for such to happen, Its just pure wickedness to me Sir.

For that puppy to have changed suddenly then there's something wrong.

Something is making it anxious thus responding in such a manner, wish Nigeria veterinary care was very extensive.

Anyway, try take the pup to your vet, if it's a good facility they might have to assess the mental status of the puppy.

You have to also observe the animal on things that might cause such triggers and try to avoid such as much as possible.

Lots of love, pampering, toys it can play with will also aid the puppy, conducive environment for sleeping.

Also on your own try to play with it within your compound and also gradually introduce other family members and neighbors towards the regimen

I believe that will also aid to reduce the anxiety and also boost the puppy's confidence.

Please, I will advice you not to tamper anything you observe growing on your face but rather go to the hospital. Please.

You might be saying why Sir? They are some growths that are not growth that you can just overlook, some can even KILL an individual.

Some might be some kind of growth that you can only get adequate treatment after a biopsy has been taken, even some can grown dangerously close or even on top of a nerve.

They are instances when people thought what they say is ordinary boil has killed an individual they know.

Truly, some people ought not to be parents, but that said for us to properly heal and be the best version of ourselves is to show and radiate love towards them.

My father did and I did, and it took me years to accept and love him, years as in I started the whole process from my teenage years.

Now I love him so very much, hug him and tell him how much I love him and we talk a lot and I have learnt a whole lot from him

My mum, hasn't forgiven him for what he made her and we the children go through, I try my best to do what I can to make her let go. It's well.

Some of our parents came from broken homes themselves and never know or experienced what responsibility, love and care
is all about.


I do hope we all heal from our various traumas and come out better beings to ourselves and to mankind.
