Good day Doctor surgeon,                     I had always been a fan of every of your thread and had discovered that you tend to proffer possible solutions to ailments and sickness with due seriousness. Infact, I must commend and comment by saying that you are a good man with a matured mind indeed.                      Doctor, there is this acute toothache that wont just let me be. It started as a tiny hole in one of my left molars later, develops into a big hole thereby making it impossible for me to chew without meticulous caution.                    I have tried  so many methods and ways made known to me by friends and families but the acute pain keep escalating from bad to worst and making me uncomfortable at every giving time.                    I would like you to wade into this and advice me on what next to do.                    Thanks.
