8 years of teaching and no promotion nor reasonable increase of salary but 8 minutes performance in Burna boy party and you get #10,000,000 the next 2 days .This life no balance

The earlier we teachers wakes up from this dream of minimum wage,the better for us.Like I said earlier ,teachers have already been paid minimum wage which level 8 got 20% increment and so on .The sectors that didn't get minimum wage are health ,universities and Local government. The extra deduction was for our renewal of TRCN which is being deducted in every February salary.
What we should be praying for is promotion and implementation of promotion pay.
Any teacher hoping for another minimum wage will only be building sky scrapper in the air .
Plan with the pay u are receiving and pray for promotion .Happy weekend n holiday

Teachers have already been paid the minimum wage from my calculation.20% was added to our salary Jan 2020 for level 8 which was the agreement of the federal government ,but the only challenge was the deduction from NLC which has made the salary unpredictable.
The new minimum wage is for health workers.Local government workers and university workers.intact expect another deduction of #3k this month for TRCN.
What we should be praying for is promotion and implementation .

UBA deducted 4k from my November salary and now deducted another 4k this December salary ,I don't even no the reason ,it is not fair at all ços not everybody salary is being deducted

It took APC governor 18 months to pay 12 months salary but it took PDP governor 7 weeks to pay 4 months salary,NEW Rivers state wike u too much
