STEPS TO TAKE!!!

Have you mistakenly or greedily sent 50k to get 100k in 5 minutes and then later realized that you have been scammed? And the scammer even went on to rub your ignorance on your face too?

I am sharing a knowledge today on "Tips on how to retrieve your money after you have been scammed".

Please read careful and learn.

20% of social media users and shoppers have been scammed at one point or the other, either large bucks or small money and It's quite painful.

Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you do, when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods is ghosting you:

1. Screenshot all previous chats across all messaging app (IG and WhatsApp or FB).

2. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.

3. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".

4. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank the scammer uses), ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.

Ogun State Okada riders Vs Thug's Extortion



An average okada Rider in Ogun State pays N30,000 monthly as ticket.... This is different from the various stickers that they are forcing them to buy, from RIDERS PERMIT, to HACKERS PERMIT, ACOMORON, LOCAL GOVERNMENT PERMIT just to mention a few, the least of these stickers is sold for N5000.



Total money on all these various stickers that is always mandated for okada riders in Ogun State to buy would be put at N30, 000


How much do these okada riders make in a day that warrant such wickedness...



What is the offence of these okada riders, they are just out there to put food on their families tables and nothing more... Why the enormous extortion and harrasement....Most of these people are into okada out of no job in the country, the government is not helping them, and they want to help themselves, the same government comes for them, collecting the little they make, why?


It is very disheartening to see this happening
Most of these okada riders do not owned the bike...


They would still have to deliver to the owner of the bike...


Not to talk of the fuel they will buy into the bike daily, What of maintaince, they are just trying to manage themselves and then the thugs came to make life unbearable for them....


In Abeokuta, We have different thugs with different assignment, some are there to just sell their ticket which goes for N500 daily, some are there to check your helmet, some are there to enforce their stickers and some are there looking for those who will move against traffice (one way)....All of these people are just out for the okada riders, flexing their mussles and when they stop you and you refuse to pay for their stickers or tickets, they beat you up and seize your bikes...



Infact,Most of these Thugs are already working hand in hand with some of the rogue police officers in the state...Infact when they ask you to pay for any thing, they usually add the Police share too...


Recently, We had issue with some of these thugs, who kept stopping our dispatch riders, harrasing them and demanding they pay for RIDERS PERMIT before we could ride our bikes....


One of the incidents that happens in Lafenwa, this thugs quickly move our motor cycle to Lafenwa police station and asked us to pay the sum of N5,500 for Helmet violation, then we asked them, is police station now your office?


And besides who are you people and from where?


From the look of things, these thugs do not look like one of the road safety officiers, how can a regular civilian stop you and be asking you for an helmet?


How do we differentiate them from an imposter....


To cut the long story short, the police officers too were in it...they ask us to pay it before the bike could be release....At the end of the day, we ended up paying the N5,500 and a reciept was issued in the sum of N5000 and then they told us to go and pay N500 to the police man....



This makes me wonder what is the work of our various road safety agencies, we have TRACE, we have ROAD SAFETY we have FEDERAL ROAD SAFETY... These are agencies recognised by the law to stop vehicles and inspect them, these agencies had under go necessary training on how to conduct in public.... But what training those these thugs undergo apart from extorting you and ripping you off of your daily earnings, squeezing every penny out of you in the name of something.... and when you try to say pim, they beat you up and seize your bike...





This has to stop.... It is now becoming unbearable especially for the okada riders, or is it now a crime to ride an okada in Ogun State?

We are not saying Okada riders shouldn't be inspected to make sure they abides to the rules and regulations guilding them, but what we are saying is, why the thugs. Why using thugs to inspect vehicles when we have official road safety agencies, these are illegal act deliberately perpetrating by someone in the office pushing these thugs into the street to harrase and extort...

These thugs have even come out with their own uniform and they move in groups scattered across the state capital with one mission only, to extort the okada riders....

Am calling on the commissioner for Transportation in Ogun state Engr Gbenga Dairo to quickly look into this matter before it gets out of hand




And His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun please look into the plight of okada riders in Abeokuta, they are really going through a lot in the hands of these thugs, who are being backed by oga at the top, lazy individual seating in the office and eating the sweat of these okada riders.....Read more on our website

STORY: Junior was very sick and he was rushed to the hospital, the doctor ask what the problem was, the mum said, My son has really changed...
