your score is fair enough. Just study for the post utme. A score of 320 in the post-utme exam will give you an aggregate score of 308 which should suffice. You should also consider your state of origin as well (in case of catchment).

Just checked my score this morning, got 260.

That is the honest truth, the jamb I wrote that got me into the uni. That year two guys in our jamb group had similar scores (297 and 299). While one took Ebsu, the other took uniben, the guy that took uniben scored 60 in postutme and his aggregate mark fell short of mbbs cutoff mark for uniben that year, I don't know if he later picked another school but what I know is that he missed mbbs in uniben that year. On the other hand, the guy who picked Ebsu saw his name on the school's merit list for mbbs. I'm not trying to praise or downgrade any university but entering into a medical course in any public university in Nigeria needs a lot of planning and calculation and not just scoring high in jamb.

Well, writing postutme is not a bad thing but the truth is that numerous jamb scores are wasted each year on the alter of postutme

Well....we did'nt do anything special.
For JAMB Just try to cover the syllabus, and go through your textbooks at least twice before the exam.
Then for post utme, most schools post utme are purely JAMB Past questions, so practicing JAMB past questions from 1990 till date will do you a lot of good.
