I bought a redmi note 7 and it fell inside the water cistern when it was vibrating. I switched off the phone and put it inside a bag of rice. Two days I brought it out. It's working fine and nothing has happened to the phone till now. I will advise op to just get the phone. Note 7 has a 128GB ROM. With a good camera. When they say it's a water resistance phone doesn't mean u should always dip it into the water or it has an unbreakable glass, you will use it to stone birds.
