Hey..I did accept the offer straight away as it was my first choice. But yeah..there was a certain date by which I was to accept the offer.
So the second choice was indecated as declined automatically in dream apply.

The last communication was that they would contact me as earliest as possible as regards the next steps..
Ok, thanks. Congrats once again!

Hello Kudzz, my admission came as a surprise too. Docs to ENIR/NAIC were sent a day after receiving admission Message.
I guess they did process my documents themselves.
I remember, I first got Waitlisted in Mar 24. And my University Sent my documents to TUT on the 7th April.
So i guess ENIR/NAIC for me now is either for formality or reconfirm the authenticity of my documents. But don't loose hope. I still believe the 9 remaining slots are still open.
Best wishes.
Hi Uganda1,
Congrats! When are you expected to accept or decline your offer? Were you given a certain date by which to do that?

I'm in Delhi and I had my 'interview' today. As a way of making up, please just feel free to ask questions. I will answer the ones I know. For the general use these were the docs I submitted with my application, please note that you need photocopy of each document, the originals will be for Trp and photocopy for visa processing
For TRP
1. TRP completed application form(from Estonian police website)
2. Annex 2 (source same as above)
3. Annex 3( source same as above)
4. Annex 4 (sent by your school, valid only for two months)
5. Certificate of proficiency in English (source same as above)
6. Curriculum Vitae (from police website)
7. Insurance cert
8. Guarantee letter ( to accept to do another insurance if what you have now doesn't meet requirements)
9. Letter of justification ( just like motivation letter)
10. Photocopy of ur passport data page
11. I used my payslip and my statement of account (note that this may vary if u are using a sponsor )
12. Enrolment letter from your school
13. Proof of accommodation
For visa
1. Print out of application form filled online (please endeavour to fill this one online, people who didn't were asked to go and do it online)
2. Itinerary plan ( when u plan to travel to Tallinn , airline you plan to use and the flight number, this is just tentative but it's required )
3. photocopies of items 5,7,8,10,11,12&13
I think I covered all,
There are two fees to be paid 5650 Rupees for Visa and 4590 Rupees for TRP.
Please relax, this is not as difficult as the first stage, it's a friendly environment and they end the interview by saying "enjoy your studies"
Thanks for forgiving me! grin

Which insurance did you purchase and what was the mode of payment? Trying to buy one from Swiss Care, but my visa debit card is not being processed.

It only means follow the link "view requirements" for more information pertaining to the course. You will find more information about the tuition fees over there.

Hi Guys,
So i promised to give you a feedback from my visit to the "Honorary Consulate" of Estonian in Ghana. Well, it's not worth anybody's time.
The Consular there is just another business guy who has gone for that title to enhance his travel and tour business. He is into giving assistance to people who want to school in Estonia and have no idea how to start or just want to outsource the whole application process. He found out that I was outside his client target as I already have admission to UT. If you choose to go through him, you would still need to apply for visa elsewhere as we already know. He said if am ready for Consultation, then I will have to pay 200 Euros in order to begin the process. Like i said, he is not worth our time and money considering the stage that we have all reached in our application. So don't consider a trip to Ghana to the "Honorary Consulate", it's not an option for now. I hope this is helpful.
Shalom!

About the Estonia consulate in Ghana, I spoke with the consular's rep lat March or Feb and I was told that it isn't possible. I doubt the response though, because d person wasn't sounding convincing. Though a friend in Estonia told me that his friend who is a Ghana got his through the Ghana consulate.
Uzhi, is it possible to link me up with the Ghanaian through your other Nigerian friend so i could ask him some questions in order to get some clarity and verify his info?
Thanks

Hello my neighbours!
Am Afeti, from Ghana and in Ghana.
I have also been following this thread for sometime now. I have also received admission for MSc Computer Science at University of Tartu. I know there is another person here who was expecting admission to the Software Engineering program. Would be great to know how it went.
Currently am also in the RP and visa situation. I know the German embassy in Ghana does issue Estonian Tourist visa but certainly not for study purposes. So i decided to talk to the Egyptian embassy in Ghana just to know the processes involved in their visa application. The lady who picked the called insisted that there was an Estonian Consular in Ghana(I had my own doubts because that information is not on the official website of the Foreign affairs ministry of Estonia). I called her again later and she provided me with a contact number today.
I called the "Estonian Consulate" and i was able to get an appointment for next week. Well, like i said am not too certain about this so i will just go there next week and if it is true that the embassy does exist, I will let you guys know. If it does exist, i will find out what type of visa can be acquired over there and if we can get the RP too there. Will also find out if other West African Citizens can apply here too.
Just keep your fingers crossed. Immediately I receive any news, I will let you guys know.
Shalom, omo naija!!!
