The hard disk must have spoilt...if you have a screw driver,loosen the hard disk compartment and check if the hard disk is well fitted into it's compartment.
If the hard disk is well fitted and after you on it and it still display the same error,just know the hard disk have damaged and you need to get a new one.

And since you need to extract some files,if after the ist procedure and it didn't work,get anothet PC, connect That your hard disk as an external hard disk into the new system, go to my computer and check if the PC can detect the external hard disk, if it doesn't detect it, then am sorry that [s]hard disk don spoil and nothing can be done about it[/s]

Wrote to support and called customer care, was asked to send my ID, i have done that but till this moment it's not been rectified. Customer care was even telling me that my username isn't on their system.
