Please can I use zenith or first bank mastercard ATM to pay for the application fee?

Hello. I am starting my application for study permit next thursday. I want to do it by myself without using any agent. I want to ask about the passport photo to upload. Can I upload the soft copy of the passport directly into the online application? Secondly, filling the forms, can I fill them directly online without necessarily printing them out to sign and scan ? Gurus in the house kindly help a friend.

Do I have a choice of not going through the NSE route because I don't really understand how it works. with the above, I think I can go through the NSE route because I don't have an IELTS score.

Hello Goodmorning everyone. I'm new here but I have a question please. I have already applied for a PhD at the University of Manitoba. My question is this, with a full funded PhD with teaching assistantship position. Will I still need to show proof of funds to cover the tuition and living expenses? to apply for the student visa ?
