Another way is to engage the Rivers state Army and NSCDC commands to take over security and restore normalcy in Rivers state via executive order.

-Let them quell the wailing wailers and arrest/execute the criminals brutally.

-When order is restored, retain them as security team so that they can clash and undermine the IGP's boys (when they foolishly return to duty). Police can't stand those 2 outfits.

-Keep as status quo throughout your tenure indefinitely.


NB: Solution A can also be combined with this.

-Capture one of the arsonists.
-Have him confess to his crimes.
-Have him name Wike as his contractor.

The recent atrocities perpetrated by Wike,Tinubu and the IGP has highlighted the need for State Police to adequately combat crime nationwide.

We all witnessed how federal policemen on the orders of the incompetent and drunken IGP came like thieves in the dead of night to steal Rivers state voter materials.

We also witnessed same federal policemen carting away election materials.

We witnessed early on election day how hoodlums bombed the Rivers APC secretariat and till now the IGP cannot tell us who the perpetrators are.

We are witnessing arson being carried out across Rivers state by burning down government building after the incompetent IGP ordered his gang out of those very buildings to pave way for the arsonists.


These events prove that the IGP is incapable of policing the 32 states of Nigeria effectively and therefore, each state should handle their own security. Afterall, the Governor is the Chief Security Officer of his own state.

The IGP can focus on the FCT which his limited capability should handle without issues.
